I wish the store associate would've told me that when I purchased this and if I had known they wouldn't work with my laptop, then obviously I would not have purchased this item.

It was working fine for the first month however afterwards people would complain my mic has alot of static. I tested it, and it either has too much static or flat out doesent work. It’s a shame for $50 I should’ve bought the Sony wireless ones. Hopefully I can get a refund.

Most people complain that either they can't hear me or the sound of muffled. Often times there is a lot of echo. When I remove the jack and use the computer mic and speakers the issue is resolved. I wouldn't recommend these and can't return at this point as they where delivered.

When I call the person would let express my issue with the this headset instead I was cut off while i was speaking to tell me no i cant return the HyperX. Now i am stuck with this expensive headset.
