I had purchased 2 and had to return them both 2 times, the 3rd time I just wanted my money back. Good thing I purchased the warranty. This all happened within 3 months.

I’m having trouble with my mic. Can’t return it anymore

very cheap product, broken few weeks after. not recommended

Purchased for WFH! a lot of people recommended but the sound was very muffled and 2 or my customers was unable to here me including my team mates I actually like how it block sounds but the sound was horrible

I used them for 1 night of playing RD2 and returned them the next day.

Barely a month in, and they're already broken. Jack is bent.

The microphone is much to quiet and the only way to fix it was a 3rd party program. I'm returning this product. I spent a lot of time trying to find another fix to this issue, could not find one that worked (other then the 3rd party program). This product is not for me.

I bought this head set for my son and he couldn't hear his friends talk. Took it back and did an exchange for another one exactly the same. It was only working for a few days then after that he couldn't hear anything again. Not worth $39.99.

My son was very excited to try out this headset but the mic did not work out of the box. The only way his friends could hear him was if he held the mic up to his lips and actually touched them and yelled. We returned to BestBuy and purchased a different headset.

Works great, however the cord is not long enough. Would not recommend

the headphones are alright, though aren't great for pc gaming

I bought this headset and upon unboxing, was surprised at the cord length. It seemed long enough to go as far as I needed yet, not too long that I couldnt manage. The earcups seem to fit down really well over my ears (and I would say I have average size ears) and after at least two hours of straight wear and use, they are still very comfortable. The mute option, for when you swivel the mic up is also very convenient. I would also say that the sound quality is very good on these. Unless youre a sound quality junkie who looks for all the flaws. The mic also picks up very well.

Overall build quality was low. Product felt cheap.

We purchased a automatic stainless steel trash can that is supposed to open with a wave of your hand it only does that every once in awhile. We have to push the button to manually open it. Definitely was not worth the price, very disappointing.

Terrible product all the way around. Headphones are too muddy sounding and have a limited frequency range. However, the microphone is beyond terrible. It’s barely audible and requires way too much gain too be applied. Too quiet and just sounds awful.

Absolutely horrible! Have had them 2 days with about 4 hours total of gameplay and one of the speakers in the headphone already went out. Will be returning!

I bought these headphones in May 2020. I am now writing this October 25, 2020. The headphones have sound coming out of only one side. I highly recommend saving your money and buy a headset that will be worth your money.

This product does not work in either of my PC's with only 1 auduo jack. The microphone isnt even detected by windows 10. This product is poorly made. Its cheap garbage even though a $60 price tag. Dont waste your money.

I was in need of a headset with limited time to acquire one. Didn't have a lot of $$, also didn't want a cheap one. Very happy that I chose the HyperX Cloud Stinger. Has a very comfortable fit, sound is great, and no issues with the mic. Well worth the $50 and then some. I couldn't be happier with it.
