Excellent inexpensive headset!

One of the brands my brother recommended (he is also a gamer) was HyperX. Don't be fooled by the price. This headset delivers quality sound and it's very comfortable too. It's wired but the cord is very long. Overall I'd recommend this to PC and console gamers on a budget.

Posted .Hey there! We're not sure what system you were using with the headset when you first received it, but there are a few common things to check with the Cloud Stinger. First, it has a volume control slider on the bottom of the right earcup. If there is no audio coming from the headset or it's very faint, check the slider.
Regarding the mic, if it's faint, make sure it's about 2 inches away from your mouth. The game / application you use with voice comms may also have additional settings that need to be configured correctly or else it can interfere eg. a misconfigured noise gate can make it seem like the mic isn't capturing anything. It's a swivel-to-mute mic, meaning it's disabled when swiveled up and enabled when swiveled down (it will audibly click when it toggles on/off), so it's doubly important to make sure it's positioned correctly.
