I bought a pair and they worked great from the start. Only used them to play xbox and they stopped working. No kids or animals touched them. Got them replaced after having to send them out to Kingston myself and less than a month later they stop working again. Spend the money on a pair of turtle beach. Had those for years threw them in boxes, traveled to different states, little brother used them all the time. Worked great

The headphones sound great. I've connected them to PS4 and also to my laptop.

The sound from these headphones is really bad, it feels like it is coming from a cave. They do feel comfortable therefore 2 stars. Basically you get what you paid for , don’t expect something great for $50...

I assumed that it was a "plug and play" thing. But after I connected it to my pc, I couldn't hear anything from it. I had to switch some audio settings to get it to work. But when I used discord or played fortnite, the mic didn't work. I tried so many things and changed many settings but nothing worked. It was weird because when I had no apps open and talked into the mic, I could hear myself from the headset. I was confused if I needed to install some type of driver or download a software. I looked through all the settings and it said the mic was ready to use. I couldn't get it to work and I am planning on returning it. BUMMER!

I gave these a shot since they are reasonably priced. They had a disconnected sound stage. It always felt like the sound was in the distance. Not much low end punch either. Spend some more and get the A10's

Mic stops working after 1 year; lucky we bought replacement insurance for 2 yrs. Audio was okay. Only occasional usage by my son a few times a week.

This headset gives u problems from the begging if u have a laptop the sound is really crappy u cant hear anyone talk to u it causes alot of audio problems to other devices they fail or crash

Nobody could hear me from the other end, my head felt like somebody shot a bullet into my ears the sound was so bad, my head was beat red after bc it was so uncomfortable DONT GET IT

Sound quality is okay, mic is mediocre. Built quality is kinda cheap.

I honestly don't know why these have a 5 Star Rating. Right away, they feel uncomfortable and the sound is unnatural. Highly disappointed. I was willing to settle a bit with the price but I've had $20 Sony headphones that were far superior. Don't fall for the Ratings like I did.

This was a bad purchase for me, at first it was good but after about a month the mic stopped working very randomly i would treat it very well but the mic just stopped I had high hopes for this headset because it was very good at first but definitely do not recommend it

Bought this headset same day, headset worked mic does not. Spent nearly 2 hours trying to fix it, nothing worked.

I can buy a pair of refurbished Plantronic 788s for the same exact price and they sound like studio quality headphones. These headphones sound worse than earbuds

DO NOT . I repeat do not buy these. Bought them twice brand new and the right ear didn’t work on BOTH pairs. Horrible

These were great headphones for about a week, then they died. Garbage for what they cost.

This Mic was bad it broke after a month waste of money
