I had turtle beaches before these headsets. I believe they where the XO-sevens. They where umcortable, heavy and made my ears hot. I got these because the price was there and the reviews where good. These headsets sound just as good as the Turtle beaches, and I can have longer game sessions uncomfortably.

For the small price they work well. Light and comfortable on the head. Sound is good from ears and on mic. Would buy again for such a low price.

I needed a headset for playing COD MW with my friends on my new xbox one x. I wanted something cheap but good and well made. First thought was turtle beach but they’re design was very gimmicky as well as cheap looking. Steelseries was a little over my price range and heard the Volume doesn’t get too high. I settled on these after reviews and couldn’t be more pleased that I did! My friends noticed right away how clear my voice was and now I have convinced them to look into purchasing this Hyper X brand. I can hear so many sounds that weren’t picked up in my previous cheaper amazon headset. Footsteps and directional sound was spot on. Overall these are a bargain at this price point. Oh and I totally forgot about mentioning the comfort. That was reall the biggest factor in this purchase as I have a bigger head and a lot of headphones give me head and ear aches. NOT THESE. They are super lightweight and just the perfect amount of pressure on the head. I almost forget I have these on. The mute is also cool, just push the mic up easy as that. 100 percent satisfied

After months...probably years...of hemming and hawing, I finally purchased headphones for my PC at home. I've been using Apple earbuds for years to watch videos, listen to music, and play games on my PC. I've always wanted proper over-the-ear headphones, but I just never get around to finalizing a purchase. Circumstances found me at a Best Buy shopping headphones for someone else, and I decided on the HyperX Cloud Stinger as a gift. The price was GREAT at the time, so I figured, what the heck, I'll get a pair for me, too. I'm so glad that I did! I love that they block out ambient noise around me but still let me hear louder sounds (like someone calling out my name). The sound quality is fantastic, and I couldn't be more satisfied. The headphones have a volume control, and the microphone retracts out of the way. They even come with an extension cable that allows for connections for headphone and microphone. Overall, great headphones at a great price!

I bought this for my nephews since they broke their Turtle Beach headset within a few months. I ended up upgrading to this one from all the good reviews and things I heard about it. The sound is great, comfortable, and probably the best headset you can buy under $50.

Was looking for a quality headset that was over-ear, as my current set was on-ear. Absolutely love these. At first they were really quiet, but completely forgot they had a volume setting on the headset. Love the mute feature on them, and love they work easily between Xbox One and PS4.

I bought these for my 14-year-old son. The reviews seem decent and was highly recommended by a couple Best Buy representatives. It was a surprise for my son at Christmas and believe me you it was a great price and gift my son. He is super happy with how these work.

This headset works great, I have owned it for over two years now and have not had any problems. Works great on the PC or connected to your PS4/PS5 controller.

This thing has great sound for its price point. I happened upon it because I didn’t like anything in the PS4 or Xbox isles and checked the computer gaming out of desperation. While there I found watched some reviews on YouTube and comparison tests where this headset won one and finished in the top two or three out of an 8 and 10 headset roundup. It comes wired for the regular headphone jack on the console controllers and has an adapter to hook into a pc. Now my first set sounded great to me but my friends complained about a serious wind like noise coming from the headset. I took it back and exchanged it with no problems and this one has received no complaints. They say it sounds great.

Great. Works well and the sound is great. They are very comfortable.

Nice set for the price. The volume switch is convenient. The ability to turn the mic on by moving it up or down is clutch. Keeps ambient room noise out. Loudest setting is just loud enough to hear subtle noises while gaming but too loud for normal use.

I have had these headphones for a few months now and they work great. Great sound. Nice, crisp, and loud. Also soft and comfortable. Just wish the microphone could move a full 180 instead of just 90 degrees so I can change the side I wear my Mic on a little easier.

If you are looking for good headphones without paying 100 dollars for a good set I would highly recommend these headphones. I would also say the Corsair HS60's and the SteelSeries 3's are in the price range and worth considering. I have had these now for quite a while and they are excellent headphones!
