It smelled of rubber pretty strongly when I first opened it, but it dissipated after a couple days. The edge is stitched which caused some irritation on my wrists at first. It is nice to be able to move my mouse around without having to worry about running off the edge of my pad.

Edges Get Tiresome

I think it is contributing to my hands going to sleep. I use it all day nearly everyday for work and play. Glad it does not have RGB. I would only consider purchasing this again if it was on sale. The full price is really steep for what it is and considering what the competition offers either at Best Buy or elsewhere.

No more condensation!

Main reason I bought this was to get rid of condensation when my warm hand touches the cold desk. Condensation makes my mouse not move smoothly anymore and collects dirt. With this pad, no issues anymore... mouse glides smoothly and accurately on it and I don't find myself needing to relocate the mouse every once in a while because I ran out of space or something. Definitely improved my work experience!
