I have the Pulsefire Haste Wireless at home and was looking for another for work. I got this on Best Buy for only $25 on sale and I am blown away with how similarly it performs to my $80 mouse! I love how you can use HyperX NGENUITY and change the DPI and RGB color of the mouse and save the settings TO THE DEVICE! Only have to do it once and done, settings will be remembered forever!
I also like how it takes AAA batteries instead of being rechargeable -- definitely will help the performance of this mouse in the long run!

The HyperX Pulsefire Haste 2 Core Lightweight Wireless is one of those mice that surprises you—in a good way—the more you use it. When they say “lightweight,” they really mean it. It actually took me a little while to get used to just how feather-light it feels, especially since most mice with this kind of build tend to be marketed strictly toward gamers. But once I adjusted, I ended up loving it for everyday use. That reduced weight makes long work sessions feel easier on the wrist, and the quick gliding movement is actually kind of fun.
Even though it’s a gaming mouse, I don’t use it for gaming at all. I use it for my daily work tasks, and it brings a little flair and brightness to my office setup. The color scheme is gorgeous—it has that clean, modern HyperX look—and the subtle RGB under the scroll wheel is a perfect touch. I love that I can change the RGB color to match my workspace mood. It’s just enough lighting to make the mouse feel unique without being overwhelming or too flashy.
Performance-wise, it’s smooth, responsive, and reliable. The wireless connection is stable with zero lag, and the battery life is great for a mouse this light. No dropouts, no weird stutters—just consistent performance throughout the workday. The shape is comfortable too, and even after long hours of use, it never feels fatiguing.
What I appreciate most is that it makes everyday computer work feel a little more enjoyable. It’s functional, stylish, and fun at the same time. If you want a lightweight wireless mouse that isn’t just for gaming but also adds personality to your workspace, the Pulsefire Haste 2 Core is a seriously great choice. It makes me happy every time I use it.

I have tried a lot of lightweight mice. The Logitech, SteelSeries. etc. Like all of them not much lighting, but for the price this is a great. I heard never heard of HyperX buit used plent of the beeter known brands. HP did a nice job at this orice point. The software is easy to use. The mouse is very light and all the buttons are very responsive. I think it is the right size for all hands. Dual mode and I like not needing to charge it,

I'm using it for general computer use and it has been a huge upgrade. Very lightweight! Also nice to have two different ways to connect (bluetooth and the USB radio). Just ordered a second one for my wife to use.
