Great mouse, not so great durability

However, in the last couple days, I have been experiencing issues with one of the thumb mouse buttons. The top thumb mouse button is no longer functioning properly, as half the time that I click on it, it is unresponsive. Not a huge deal for doing work, but makes a big difference in gaming. Have tried to hard reset this mouse multiple times, but the issue is still persisting.

nice but loud

Qc issues but great mouse

This mouse has good clicks, scroll wheel basically everything is amazing on this mouse. But my product came in defective as whenever I rest my hand on this mouse my middle finger activates the right trigger and I've never had this happen on any other mouse. I assume it's a QC issue which aren't very common but I guess I was unlucky.
