    Purchased this mouse and it functions as expected but the support has been an absolute nightmare. As you can see its an RGB mouse and out of the box when you first plug it in it is nice and bright and has a great presence. Once you download the Hyper X specific software to customize said lights is where your problems begin. The nice bright light you once had upon originally plugging it in will be gone and now replaced for no reason whatsoever a very dim light no matter what you do. Its extremely frustrating that 2 days in to owning this product I cannot get any help from the manufacturer in regards to this issue nor is their help on random forums any help either. Will be returning to purchase another brand and cross my fingers. Fix your software screwing up the rgb lighting in your products Hyper X!!!
