It doesn't matter if you update NGENUITY or the drivers. I have not found a fix and HyperX has no official update on the problem. There a number of people on forums who have the same issue. Beware buying anything from this company.

Here I am December 2022 and after loads of troubleshooting not only does it go through periods of time where it refuses to pick me up unless I'm shouting but it also now upon turning on my computer will not auto connect anymore. The RGB will not be on and unless I unplug it and plug it back in (sometimes it works) then I do not have a microphone. Very frustrated that I am having all of these problems after only having for about 6 months as a streamer and as I'm in a long distance relationship and rely on the tech. I was so over the moon when I first purchased that I bought my room mate and my fiancé one as well and they also have had little problems here and there. That being said majority of the time it works properly and sounds amazing.... I just wish it was consistent.

Posted .Hi, Melissa! That's not suppose to happen at all. Try disconnecting the cable from the microphone and device and make sure both ends are plugged in and secured. Test the connection with a different USB port to determine if you can replicate the issue. We also recommend testing the microphone on a different platform/device if possible. I tried every thing I could to fix the audio and settings but nope. Nothing works. I wish I could return it or exchange it for one that worked.
