This isnt really a issue with best buy but the mic was completely shot and the diaphragm of the mic just took all sound as super muffled, so it was most likely just a defective item.

The mic functioned properly for the first week but then couldn’t pick up my audio no matter what I tried after that first week. Had to return and get a new one twice now..

Exactly 1 month my microphone broke. It produce cracking sound when i use it. Waste of money. I don’t know how do i get a refund since the return date already passed.

I found issues with the microphone; the software doesn't work in synch with the microphone. The lights arbitrarily start lightening the bottom half like Christmas lights, and after that, if I unplug and plug in, the lights are off like the microphone is not connected. It is confusing and frustrating. Compare to the previous model, I think the microphone's lights is the one which is attractive, but the lights themselves are not in sync with the software; then why pay an extra $50? Initially, I installed this app from the Microsoft store, which I thought was some bug or something with the LEDs, and then I downloaded the installer from the website; but that installer is giving an error that I should be uninstalling the Windows store app, surprisingly the windows store app is already uninstalled. I am not sure; where the footprint is from the windows store app left behind. I installed/uninstalled the app multiple times; it works the first but goes back to its original behavior after some time. Decided to return this product back.

Mic turns off an on repeatedly by itself. Did every imaginable update and maintenance on my system and still the mic turns off and on by itself.

Mic broke in under 1 year of use. Sounds isnt all that great when it DID work.

This is garbage. I have had this a little over a year and it is broken. Total waste of money.

really good mic the RGB colors look really cool and the mic is really easy to use and is very clear to use

Honestly for my first mic ever to start streaming for crisp audio it was really no other then perfect easy to set up so easy to mute and unmute and a lot of ways you can adjust it

Great microphone. In this price range this is a great option if your looking for a usb microphone. Its less sensitive than a yeti, and I have noticed it has a more warm and deep sound when recording and making calls. The software is straightfoward, and had all the features I needed to customize the sound to my liking. Deffinetly worth a look.

Fantastic quality. Ultra clear sound. I purchased as a gift for my son. He has been very pleased and uses it daily. He mentioned he is able to change the voice setting, which has been a plus. It does have multi-color lighting for effect, which is nice in dim light. Overall, excellent product.

At first I was confused bc the cord it comes with didn’t work but then I decided to just use my regular c charger for my MacBook and it’s been working perfectly. Great microphone. I would recommend has noise filters tech to block out other noises in the room. It also has aux for directly connecting your favorite set of head phones to it. powered and connects with usb c cable. Easily managed and updated thru Asus armory crate.

Just got into streaming and this thing worked like a charm, honestly hands down one of the best mics to purchase! if you want to get into streaming live gameplay this one pics up the crispyness in your voice. Also for the podcasters out there, an easy first choice!
