The rgb is 10/10 and the microphone itself is amazing. Havnt had any issues.

Sound was great just wasn’t good for my gaming setup it picked up all audio clearly and my setup is in my living room highly recommend if you have a gaming room setup

Got to replace my older model. First one had a long life. They are simple and easy to set up. Never get a complaint about my microphone quality. Only every have to adjust Volume if anything

Works great, I've had no issues with the software and I am really pleased that if you choose to customize the lights you don't have to open the software everytime you turn on the computer and it is locally stored on the mic. My friends say it sound more liek my natural voice vs the arctis pro wireless mic.

I was honestly pretty anxious in buying a microphone since i always relied on headphone microphones but i have no regrets. the noise cancelling helps with my streams and when i make phone calls. it looks great and replaces my need to buy a lava lamp if i ever get that need. it picks up sounds really well, i was across my room and i didnt have to yell for the person to hear me that i was in a call with

Ive been a Blue Yeti fan for YEARS, but decided to try something different. Im so glad I did! This has been the best mic ive used by far, and I will never look back. The sound is crisp and clean, and the colors are fully customizable to keep my setup looking fresh.

So I’ve had this mic a couple years and it was a good sounding mic and worked. Just in the last couple days though, windows stopped recognizing it as a hyperx quadcast s. Within the next day or 2 it stopped recognizing it at all and is now bricked. Yes, I did do every troubleshoot on reddit, google you name it. This is in no way a reflection on best buy.

The microphone is small and powerful. The quality of is good too. Super light as well compared to those heavy ones.

Actually a very decent mic for the Price! built in pop filter, RGB is clean (controlled though an app, however no integration for other rgb controllers). adjust Gain on the fly via the mechanical at the bottom and change polar pattern easily via the app. NO NATIVE MIXER.... Would be nice to set my mic up (Gain, noise supression, gate,etc.) with HyperX so that no matter where I'm talking, Friend, apps, OBS, i never have to adjust my mic again.... but there is other software, just say'n, be alot cooler if it did.

Love this microphone. The only complaint, which is minor, is there’s a spot where the LEDs are slightly darker but overall it’s a great mic with great sound. It can have a lot of background gain so I recommend a pop filter to reduce background noise and gain. Sometimes you just need to turn down the sensitivity and that’s very easy with a knob on the mic.
