The colors i can't change. After figuring out the settings after multiple sessions. Its a great mic I was able to hear myself clearly

The mic it's self is awesome quality. The problem is that it just disconnects its self all the time, Then will register as a malfunction. I checked all drivers and software updates. Then I looked on reddit and evidently its a issue. HyperX makes it nearly impossible to get answers from them
