It started out with isssues where it would randomly repeatedly disconnect. it just stopped one day but then i Had the mic for a few months and its gone back to the same issue and its so bad. i cant even use it. it will not work. the mic didnt even last me 6 months. DO NOT BUY

For the price it’s a bit echoey..Also the gain of the mic isn’t that good. You need the mic right next to you even with the gain all the way turned up. Paid for the light show.

It’s a great mic and looks really good, issue is that it the gain is really high and if you live in an environment that has little backround noise the mic will pick it up. Friends will hear everything.

Honestly, the mic has been a disappointment. When I first purchased it, it was working amazingly, but that was short lived. Then mic instantly began malfunctioning. This was 2 days after purchasing it. I contacted HyperX and they wanted to RMA it for a refurbished unit. AFTER TWO DAYS OF OWNING IT! I exchanged it for another mic and the same issue began after like a week. I will be returning it and purchasing another product instead.

I purchased a Blue Yeti but then learned about the HyperX mic and fell in love with the RGB. However, immediately I realized that the monitoring was too low and wanted to adjust it. To do this, you have to download their proprietary software which is available only in the Microsoft Store. On my windows machine store is blocked and there is zero support for Mac. This is beyond inconvenient and I will be returning. Cannot recommend this one over the Yeti

the mic works fine i just wish there was a software to prevent the outside noise

People. Can never hear me for some reason even though ktbt he jnout volume all the way up. Pretty bad for $130

Works great, looks great, price is a little high but built well.

Hands down the best mic for the money. After some tweaking I was able to get the mic to not pick up background noise and only pick up my voice. That is huge because my computer is in the living room

I wish it didn't catch so much background noise. It's very hard to adjust and had to get a third party app to remove

this was ok. the sound wasnt bad but i just didnt like it

Lots of connectivity issues, fluctuation in mic input - sometimes I'm screaming, other times it sounds like I'm speaking from miles away. The input volume settings in app automatically changes as well. This is my first mic purchase so I don't have a lot to compare with, but it definitely has given me a lot of problems since my purchase 3 months ago.

good mic needs to be mounted to be out of the way though

My kids spend a lot of time using this item while playing games with friends.

Took alot longer than expected but am very happy with the product nonetheless.

Sucks, a buddy and I got the same mic and we both had issues with it disconnecting and connecting
