    Bought it, used for 4 months. The usb plug socket on the mic got loose. Did a live chat with hyperx . Sent me a replacement via fedex, NEXT day. They won me over with that.

    Great Microphone Many Features It's Even Customizable It's A Really Nice Microphone. Only Bad Thing Is That It Sometimes Makes Your Voice Choppy Like A Blender But I Love It It Might Be A Defect With Mine Though.

    The functionality of this mic is second to none. Outside of the RODE mics that I own, this mic is my favorite and I am thoroughly enjoying it.

    This microphone looks nice and also sounds nice. However, I have purchased this microphone for the second time now and for the second time it has stopped working without reason. It is not due to any pc port, audio driver, or cable problem. All of these things are working just fine after checking. Supposedly this microphone has an issue with it's firmware that causes this problem for me and many other people. I think this microphone is way too expensive for it to just give out unannounced like that. While it may look and sound nice, I can't see myself recommending this microphone to others due to how faulty it is. I'd spend my money elsewhere.

    Sounded great when it worked... It literally died 175 days past its 2 year warranty with no warning. Just sat down and no lights. USB-c cable works in every other device I have.

    Love this mic. Plugged it In and it didn’t work right away but that was a settings issue I had work through on my PC.

    This mic tends to catch ALOT og background noises. Wouldnt reccomend to anybody that has a loud fan or computer. The mic does sound great for the price though id reccomend a pop filter
