This is a great introductory standalone mic if you're looking to upgrade from a headset mic. There's no software needed, just plug and play. I was using an Arctis 7 wireless headset as a mic, but I just use it for headphones now. The audio produced from the quadcast is MUCH clearer, crisper and overall better quality than the headset mic. Absolutely worth it at the $90 mark

This mic is definitely worth the money, it has good quality and is able to isolate your voice from other sounds.

After many years of gaming and trying to find the perfect Microphone, i finally found it! The sound is very clear and has a headphone jack to connect to my HyperX Cloud II Headset. Currently using this on my PS4 and have no issues. Easy to setup!

I use to have a razer mic that cost $200 I ended up buying a audio technica mic and now this and this one easily is the best. The only thing I wish is down the line they come out with a ful rgb mic Cause this thing is seriously amazing!

If you are looking for something a bit more professional with good looks along side, well this is your microphone. I wish hyper x comes up with more RGB stuff or updates, aside of that the crisp quality makes up for everything!

I love everything about this mic for the most part. Its sounds great. I returned blue yeti for this. My only complaint is their is no option to turn off the red light while mic is on. Most may like the red, but I personally dont. Also the knob on bottom for the mic gain is really sensitive and I find myself accidentally turning it by bumping it occasionally. I would still recommend this mic, especially if the lighting doesn't bother you.

This mic I think is one of the best mic in the market worked fine until last month stop working, went to Best buy to replace it they told me that i need to contact the HyperX for more details because its still under one year warranty.

Great sounding mic for the more budget friendly people looks great and sounds better than a standard headset mic.

Initially I ordered a 60 dollar mic off Amazon and I also got this one and tested both of them to see which one I wanted more. And while there’s a pretty hefty price difference between the two, this mic is just leagues beyond the $60 from Amazon. It sounds better, picks up less background noise, has a mute button, input control, and has different types of directional input to fit any need. So if you have extra money, you can’t go wrong with this mic.
