Will smith fights zombies and looks bettter then ever in 4k

I’ve always loved this movie and only had it on a Digital Purchase with Movies Anywhere. Well I saw it got transferred to 4K on Disc and I had to have it. I really do not like your usual Zombie movies, but this is not your typical Zombie movie. So much better storyline and execution and acting. Will Smith is at his best in this film. The picture and sound quality is the best it can be. Physical media is always superior in picture and sound quality and my 7.2.4 Atmos/DTS this 4K movie is tremendous. I highly recommend this transfer to 4K for “I Am Legend”.

There is so much going on in this movie that you will need to watch it a few times, but it is well worth it. This movie was based on a rather short story but it has been adapted into 2 different film versions. The second was the Omega Man with Charleston Heston. Will Smith’s acting in this movie I believe is some of his best and it needed to be since he is basically in it by himself (except for flashbacks) for most of the movie. In a world that has been ravaged by an accidental cure for a disease, watching Will Smith battle how to overcome it and try to fix it is amazing.

"I Am Legend", is an amazing movie of a person who finds a cure for cancer. But all it does is turn the world upside down. The cure mutates them, almost as if they where zombies. This movie is full of action, and at the rating of PG-13, I would think any teen would like this movie... unless they don't like scary movies. The first time I watched this movie I was scared out of my socks, but the second and third time it wasn't as bad, because I knew when the jumps were. Either way I thought it was a great movie, and it had a great plot line too. So if you are looking for a great movie for those loud and noisy teens, then this is just the movie you're looking for. And go ahead try it for yourself too. But if anything I would give it a five star rating.

Good movie and sound and picture quality was good in 4k

I kind of figured that even for Will Smith being the primary and really only human character. It might be hard for him to take on but that wasn't the case at all with I Am Legend. While the creatures that he encounters aren't especially frightening (will not after the first couple times at least). It still manages to create a tension and excitement throughout the movie. He has a German Shepherd that his only real source of compassion and family as something terrible is revealed later on in the movie. While not overly long, I Am Legend managed to keep me interested and watching. Primarily because of Smith's character and the struggles he goes through with being the only person alive in the city. The movie holds up throughout and while not as fast paced as the first hour, I enjoyed the rest of the movie and an ending that leaves all kinds of possibilities for the future.

I love this film! It looks great on an UHD screen!
