Constant problems.

Then it got to a point where I couldn't even get into bios. Support started having me open up the case, but I bought a pre-fab so I didn't have to do all that. Ended up returning it. Also, no way to turn off or control the RGB on the keyboard and mouse.

I am not able to use this computer for gaming because I am told that I need to purchase other things to get it to do what I thought it already came with. this was not a cheap computer and I can not return it cause it's past the 15 days. I will never buy a computer there ever again

My daughter had it less than 24 hours and it wouldn't work!! Brought it to a repair man and he had to put in a new drive and reinstall windows. Cost $110. He said he has fixed numerous drives from that brand, they are junk! Computer works great now!

I'm planning to upgrade the graphics card asap. All together its a very solid and good pc. I never had any problems with it, I recommend it
