My son is really enjoying this pc, was going to get him a cheaper pc but he is into gaming and this is easily upgradable for when he gets older and needs more hardware. Happy with purchase

As soon as I got the computer there was an error message, didn’t come prepackaged at all- was just left in the open with a tag sticker on it! Overall just trash

Purchased this item online. When we received the item & hooked it up. We couldn't get past a certain screen & it wouldn't connect to internet. We took it into the store they said it connected fine everything was good. Brought it back home same thing. We ended up having to return it.

To start it off, the keyboard came in damaged from the back side and can no longer stay proper. The quality is not the best, it has a 5 year old graphic card. The Wifi card was jammed in and slanted off with the potential of breaking. And to top it off, it is better off for you to buy a gaming pc from an actual computer store and not from these known companies that do not really matter about the quality of their prooducts.

I love this gaming PC. Only fall back is the gaming PC does not come installed with a cd drive. Hopefully I can download the graphics driver by researching the internet.

It's OK for what I need it for. Buying my daughter one as well

So far, we are very pleased with our purchase of this new gaming PC. We purchased it for our grand daughter, Addyson. She is very pleased with it. She adores it!

I bought two of these computers, The first one said it had no HDD, called tech support and the number was busy for 3 days so I just returned it and ordered another, Same Issue boot device not detected. that said, the delivery speed and ease of return was appreciated.

A little hard to get set up but now my son loves it.

Worked for a week. Started to not turn on properly until it stopped turning on all together. Now it’s being used as a small night stand next to my bed, so three stars for being a good night stand.

My son love his pc and I think it was a very good deal because it came with the keyboard and mouse.

I mean it plays fallout new Vegas on high resolution kinda poorly. i dont know if it was a good purchase or not youll have to ask the experts

Would’ve been a great computer, if it did not just shut off and stop working after 21 days. The geek squad determined that they cannot fix it, so they refunded us to purchase a new one. Which is now sold out, so back on the hunt we go.

So far it works perfectly fine I haven’t ran into any problems yet.
