First & Last time I’m purchasing from iBUYPOWER

But when I set it up and tried turning it on the windows software never pulled up and it wouldn’t allow me to reboot the computer. So I tried reaching out to iBuyPower they have an email, and multiple phone numbers for customer service. I called everyone of the numbers multiple times on top of emailing. No answer no service. And the pc didn’t have enough information provided in the instructions to even get an internet connect since the double 9 pin connector was messed up and couldn’t connect to have windows show up. Terrible product, multiple things wrong, and customer service was terrible.

Had to return and purchase an actual gaming PC with a video card that could actually handle gaming! Headphones jack on tower never worked either!

It didn't even have the quick instructions for it. Just a huge packet with other languages for installing other components. Thought this was a plug and play. Called best buy many times and they won't help me. They just say pay for geek squad or drive 30 minutes to return it when i had it shipped. Bad product...poor best buy service.

Horrible cpu with no disk drive

I called customer support they told me wait two days and the noise will go away but it didn't. Worst computer ever.
