This is a great gaming PC. It was pretty much a plug and play. The only problem we ran into was trying to get the product key for the pre-installed Microsoft, we could not find it anywhere. It was in the mother board BIOS. We are really pleased for the amount with this computer for price!

this isn’t the Best Buy it’s good for if your starter and don’t wanna buy Expensive Pc It’s a great deal if you don’t want to buy keyboard and a mouse separated just buy this because it comes with a mouse and keyboard including a pc that the reason you should buy it..

I just recently purchased this computer and its great for most productivity and games. Nothing too heavy can be played but its great for a starter budget PC that can be upgraded later.

Good starter PC. Easy to navigate and start up. Had no problem recovering the Microsoft Key. Came a week after ordering. Would recommend upgrading the graphics card.

I did not buy this product but I am a computer nerd. I will tell you right now you can't run Fortnite, COD, 2k, and other games above 40fps on low graphics. It has a 1gb graphics card which cant do you anything good. I would say at least 4gb. Also the worst of all it has an i3 processor which is one of the worst processors. You will need at least Ryzen 5 or an i7 to get a good gaming experience. I would say the ram is exceptional for gaming but the rest is just straight trash.

Bought this PC after my previous pc took a crap on me. It arrived on time and was super easy to set up. The keyboard and mouse is super awesome, I enjoy the feel of the keyboard. As a new gamer I will say this is a good PC to have. I did upgrade the graphics card with my previous 1051 TI, and its running amazing. 10/10 recommend

This is a really great PC for its price. It can run a lot of the everyday games that everyone plays. In fact I am using it right now to type this review.

I wanted to get a PC because I wanted to be able to play video games. Setting everything up was easy and such. Also doing school work from home, this PC makes doing assignments so much easier. It's fast with the internet, the keyboard and mouse work amazing. I've had no problems with it so far

I had to get a PC for working from home, but decided to kill 2 birds with one stone and get a gaming PC that could do my work, plus run my favorite games. So far it has run so smoothly and the games I've loaded are flawless. My work systems run perfectly fine as well. Of course it is a beautiful build and I can upgrade it as I want. Perfect for your first PC and also perfect to improve over time.

Overall great for the price. I've had problems with the Desktop freezing and playing music at VERY slow speed but only when I accidently open two big programs at once. Again, great for the price!

Excellent machine and the service received at the store location was friendly and informative. They remained realistic in their advice and allowed me to make my own decision. Would definitely recommend to someone looking for a good high performance PC.

Honestly, a really good starter PC, easy set-up, no disc-port sadly, but runs really well. Might need to get an extra hard drive or SSD cause the memory isn't much. It's pretty easy to open so you can mod up your PC and make adjustments.

I love it, like it came in well packaged, it’s very smooth, gets the job done and does well at it, it’s just everything I can ask for in a affordable Gaming PC. I’m looking forward to purchasing more from this company

Order took over a month to come and when it did, the RAM was out of place and Display Ports did not work. Thought about refunding this purchase to get my money back but instead gave it another chance and got a replacement. The replacement came within 6 days and everything is working fine now, the games that my son plays runs very smooth.

Overall after having this pc for about a month, It runs well (for me) and plays most of my games without any issues. The only problem that I have been having is that sometimes when I try to power the pc on, It doesn't turn on accordingly, and I have to turn it off completely by removing the plug and then plugging it back in.
