Massive thumbs down
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I set up computer and it wouldn't launch. Requested me to insert boot up disk. Where? No CD rom drive. Should have been ready to lauch. Called geek squad, got an appointment, to be told my brand new computer has a bad hard drive. Problem is, service department doesn't work on this brand. Good $100 investment with protection plan. Now I have to deal with manufacturers to fix.
