Excelente gaming system started pack for beginners

DO NOT BUY! This is the biggest peice of crap I’ve ever bought and Best Buy Should be ashamed of selling it. And they should be Ashamed for not taking it back. I bought this for my daughter for her birthday. I did the research read the reviews. Seemed like just what I was looking for, new gamer computer nothing fancy. Of course she didn’t open it until a week after I bought it being her birthday. Had geek squad set it up to make sure it was done right. Two weeks later it’s non functional only boots up in an ezsafe mode. Call geek squad, pay them another $200 to tell me the Hard drive is fried. And since it’s 15 days past purchase there is nothing Best Buy will do. Clearly they don’t stand behind the products they sell. Then had to deal with the Terrible customer service at I buy power, what a joke that was. I’m telling you save your time and money don’t but this.

I like the unit. Very cool looking! But I need more power! I wonder how much I can upgrade the processor??!?

It is a great system for my son and runs his games fine. The colors are fun. The keyboard is pretty stiff and takes some getting used to.

Purchased for 10 year old son and he seems to like it. I only gave it 4 stars because he has complained about it lagging.

Computer works well. Did have one issue when delivered. Boot disk was flipped had to drive to the store and have this resolved.

Showed up in-store a day ahead of schedule, no damage, nothing loose, just plugged everything in, turned on the power, and it was good to go. Keyboard and mouse were a lot nicer than I was expecting too.

Honestly didn't mean to buy a i3 but it runs good and it pretty fast for what I got it for

I had this gaming system go out a week before warranty I took it to geek squad to get it fixed in the warranty ran out they made me purchase a new hard drive which cost me 106 on top of the $700 that I paid for this product less than a year ago. I went to pick it up and the gaming system is still not working. I am now going to take it to another Best buy location geek squad and Winston-Salem and I don't know how much it's going to cost I would not recommend this product to anybody do not buy it at $700 that I cannot afford in the first place and that's my son who is now without his gaming system.

So far so good. My son loves his gaming pc. BestBuy and Geek Squad is the best, don't hesitate to contact them if you have any question or assistance.

Bought for my daughter. Don't know much about it but she absolutely loves it!

Slow video card graphics not as good as I thought it would be

I dont really know what to say. I have mixed feelings about that tower. It works well depending on what game . For example , it works well when i play league of legends but when I attempt something of higher graphics like rainbow 6, its really bad. So meh take that as you will. The lights on the keyboard mouse and tower are pretty dope tho.

It's a great starter computer for the price. my only recommendation is that you get more ram sticks as 8GB isn't very good for modern games on steam but games like Roblox, FNF and simple games run just fine.

pc was delivered on time but the packaging was a bit damaged but overall I got what I paid for.

Great experience at Best Buy definitely A great buy I enjoyed it thank you Best Buy .
