Staff was very helpful in explaining the product. Setup was very simple and easy to follow, was up and running within seconds of booting up. Very happy with product.

Great Gaming PC
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am just starting out into PC gaming, and bought this desktop computer. I like that the case has LED lights that are both outside and inside, and that the lights controller is magnetized to the case. The tempered glass is also a nice feature; I enjoy looking over into the case to see what is inside. It has feet, so it is raised off the ground. It is very very quiet, much quieter than my boyfriend's gaming PC. It also has built in WiFi, making connecting to the internet a breeze. It is also VR ready. I have not tested it yet, but I am sure it will look and work great. This desktop also came with a gaming keyboard and a gaming mouse by iBuyPower. I enjoy both. The mouse has LED lighting as well, however, it cannot be changed like the LED case. Both are responsive and work well. The one thing I don't like about this computer, which is why I am giving it 4 stars, is that it does NOT have a DVD drive. I will have to purchase an external one. It also does not have any Bluetooth capabilities. That isn't a necessity, but it would have made this computer stand out more. Overall, this is a great PC for me and what I plan to do with it. Considering the prices of hardware these days, it was a great price for everything that it came with.
