the gaming unit that I purchase so far it is doing what it suppose to do , these question should be asked after at lease 60 days to check for durability, for the price.

I'm glad the sales agent recommended this addition to our purchase. We would not have considered the importance of a 1-year protection but for an 'Open Box Computer'

It’s a decent pc no complaints, I play a lot of fortnite on low to medium settings and my average is 120-140 but there is a lot of times where my FPS goes down to 60-70 and it’ll stay there for hours until I restart my pc then I’ll go back to that 120–140 FPS. For the money it’s a good deal at least when I bought it. I bought this pc for a friend as an intro pc as this was his preferred pc. I personally would recommend to go for amd in my experience it’s performance is more consistent.

For the price it almost can't be beat. Good build quality, good looking case. RGB lights can be turned on and off and changed to different modes to fit whatever look you want.

Love my new pc I was skeptical at first and then when I seen that it was a great deal I had to buy it one of the best purchase I’ve ever made hands down

Great product and great service until I get home. Monitor cable is not correct for system Pop ups keep asking me to activate Windows 10: I thought If I purchased a computer running windows 10 it was included in the price, but not so. Key board is sticky Oh yea, no speaker in monitor or tower so I need to go but a speaker no, all very disappointing But I am optimistic that install pains will soon go away and I will end up with a good system, a few dollars short of what I thought I was getting

I love this computer. I rate it a top quality. The computer came with a really good gaming mouse and keyboard as well.

I got his on December 2020 - by April 2021 the PC started turning off on it's own - I waited and see if it's just a random issue - but it kept happening several times a day to a point where I can no longer use it - went online and googled and a lot of customers are having same issues - I contacted ibuypower and had to spend $125 in shipping as shipping is not free for the repair. Got it back 2 days ago and I shall see if it lasts.

Works like a charm, no lag or Fran rate drop. Also, keeps my room nice and exotic with those lights! Absolutely great PC and will be using it more than often.

My son loves his gaming pc . We don’t know how to turn on the led lights yet but hopefully we will figure it out!! So far so good !!
