I bought this computer and on the first day it did not start up it kept showing a black screen to monitor and when it did start up, it would freeze up. I tried to play GTA5 on it and crashed. I tried updating the NVIDIA GFORCE drivers for the graphic card. and would not download or install. then when driver did install it would un install from computer right after the computer crashed. now I have to take it in to geek squad to see if it can fix it. I hope IBUY POWER PCs are not like this right out of the box. I hope this review helps out future customers. one good thing I like the LED lights, but I did not buy it for its illumination purposes.

Complete trash, came with windows installed incorrectly, BUT came with a cd to install it which is completely useless since id doesn't have a drive. Trying to find another way around but the mouse doesn't work and neither do my backups, so I got a bad port or board or something. I guess $1,000 these days buys you a total un-tested, un-QA'd piece of garbage. Now I get to go through taking time out of my day to re-pack this, print off a label and drive it to a UPS store and wait 30 days to get my money back and somehow have trust that that'll even happen.

This is a Christmas gift and has not been opened. I had to purchase this as a replacement for a refurbished laptop I ordered from best buy. It was broken. Took 6 months to get store credit, not even cash....

Computer did not come with a fan on top as seen and mentioned in the destination and it did not come with the remote either. Contacted the company twice and the replacement that was sent did not have them either.

I like what they offer. i got my computer from them through best buy buy i wish they would give you the actual specs of your computer and name of the parts installed in their pre-builds

iBuyPower sent me two defective items back to back. The first one was dented from the back which was pushing into the components on the inside. The second pc they sent me had a pretty large chip on the content of the tempered glass and it would not connect to my monitor. I used all connection cables (DVI, Display Port, and HDMI). I brought it into Geek Squad and said I had to pay $200 for service on a 2nd pc that was just sent to me. I settled for getting my refund. Since I am new to pc gaming I decided I would start off with a pre built. But after this horrible experience I will now build my own. Thanks for making me waste time on your computers.

Bought for my 15year old grandson.. only issue is when he went to upgrade his windows it wouldn’t work properly

I ordered this item late and upon receiving it had to immediately take it to Geek Squad and they wanted to fix it but I decided to send it back bec it was new. I then received another one which the mouse didn't work and the windows didn't work on it. I decided to go with a different brand because it was evident that something just wasn't right with this brand!

Bought this for my son for Christmas. To our disappointment, it would not boot up out of the box. Had to exchange it for a different system. Decided to try another ibuypower and keeping our fingers crossed the new one will offer a better experience.

We bought two of these PC’s as a Christmas present. One PC turned on and functioned great, and one did not function properly. The RGB and fans would power on, but nothing ever showed on the monitors. After trying multiple times to get it to function properly, it eventually stopped working all together. We returned the PC and bought an equally powerful IBUYPOWER PC. It still works great to this day.

I'm not a gamer, though I purchased this unit for the specs for work that required it. I feel in love with it right out the box. Internal packaging was great and secure. What spoiled it for me was WiFi functionality. The computer would connect to the WiFi, but I couldn't browse/surf the internet -the effort would say not connected. It's unfortunate that this was my first impression.

I purchase this product for my daughter for Christmas and once we was able to put the product setup a big disappointment!!!!!! Once the computer came on it went back off 2 minutes later. The fan and light will be come on and go right back off. My daughter was very disappointed because this was her only gift for Christmas and why her other sister playing with their gifts she did not have anything else to play with it will be return to store for a replacement!!! I hope this is not a mistake from this manufacturer!!!!

The first desktop I received, the graphics card was deficitve. There were red lines all over my monitor. I know my monitor works fine because there were no lines when I connected it to my PS4. When I ordered an exchange, it came with the bottom of the box OPENED, and there was a massive rip on the side. The clip to release the graphics card was completely broken off, the plastic wrap was not even on the desktop, it was balled up and placed beside it. Here comes the best part, IT WOULDN'T EVEN TURN ON. I sat there for an hour or so making sure that I wasn't looking over something that was disconnected, but everything looked like it was plugged up. Don't even bother wasting your time with this product.

This is my first time ever owning a gaming PC. I've been wanting one for years and finally saved up the money to afford one. It was just a matter of which one I should get. Then this guy came along and was not only cheaper than I think many people would've expected it to be, but had just about all the components I was looking for. I wasted no time ordering it and it said it would take 2 weeks to get here. It came a whole week early. In fact, it came at the very beginning of the week after I ordered it. I freaked out at the size of the package and was immediately ready to set it up. Little did I realize that part only took less than a minute. You just plug it up and get right into it. The graphics are great, there's plenty of storage for my games, the PC is so quiet it's almost like it's not even on, the RGB lights are beautiful, it's extremely fast, and so much more. Overall, I'm satisfied with my choice for a first PC. If you haven't gotten this model yet you need to do it now. Trust me, it's not selling out every 5 minutes for no reason.

Bought the PC for for work, assuming it would function properly. Packaging upon arrival was beaten up. There was no remote control anywhere to be found? After setting system up, it locked up 4 times, requiring me to restart? I was unable to even use task manager to End Task. I am very disappointed in this system.

My son bought this for gaming. The first one we did store pickup and when we got it home, we realized it had been previously opened based on the packaging not being on and the cable already bent. The manager ordered us a second one. This one came new/never opened but the WiFi antenna is horrible. WiFi keeps cutting out. It’s not our WiFi since all other devices work fine. We will be calling customer service tomorrow and/or returning this one too.

I got lucky and was able to purchase this at a lower price than is currently posted. The short version of my review is this. If it goes on sale again and you're on the fence, just buy one! Also worth noting, Best Buy got it too me faster than they said they would (by 3-days). The system setup was easy. Super easy even! I had more trouble rearranging my desk the getting this thing on on-line, on Facebook, YouTube, and running some games. Seriously, super easy! Case fans and lights all work. The computer runs cool and is very quiet. So much quieter than my laptop that I kept checking the fans to make sure it was running. Graphics look to be a step up from my older 970M on the notebook which is a pleasant surprise. The SSD+HDD combo really does keep things snappy (laptop was pure spinning disk). The Wi-Fi on the motherboard work and seems fast, and the on-board sound also works fine. Case is NZXT and I like it. Motherboard is an ASRock B360 ATX (not an ASRock fan but it’s working well so far). PSU is a non-branded something that IBuyPower says is 500 watts (which might become an issue with enough upgrades) but should be fine for current config. Graphics card is a 1060 from Asus (with one fan). SSD is WD Green. Memory is something generic. Cable management is nice in the visible areas. In the more hidden areas, the cable management is not so nice. My biggest annoyance so far has been some of the case screws. Several of them really want to cross thread if I just look at them. I'm very happy with the machine so far.

The computer was taken out of the box broken. The video card slot was inside the computer case leaving a large gap for dirt, and dust to infiltrate the case. Never was able to use the computer as Best Buy had us return the computer as they would not fix it on site. I don’t understand why I spent $250 on a warranty when Best Buy will not honor it.

The thing that sold me on this computer was the warranty. The keyboard is not user friendly and in my opinion is cheap. I will have to spend extra money to upgrade the keyboard and a wireless mouse. Also the monitor that we bought didn't come with speakers, which we were not aware of, until we got it home. So that meant another trip to the store to buy speakers.

When the pc arrived it looked very nice and came with everything you would want except for the only thing that I was I able to do was turn it on and it would not connect to any monitor or tv. Would not recommend to any one second IBUYPOWER that has been a disappointment and customer service hung up.
