My son has been begging me for a gaming computer and after doing a ton of research, I decided on this one. I probably know enough now to build our own but you really can't beat the price of this pre-built PC. Set-up was easy. Computer is fast and really quiet - I'm surprised by how quiet it is. Runs Fortnite and everything else with no problems. I didn't need the flashy lights but my son likes them and they do look neat. Will probably upgrade the keyboard and mouse at some point but they're fine for now. All in all, I'm very pleased with the purchase.

dropped 1k plus for it not to have windows 10 installed and i did the whole install in usb thing and it hits me with the "missing operatv2.Osystem" trash

Piece of junk! I had to put it all together. Then found out I had no mounting screws for graphics card that I had to put together. Prongs were bent when we took it out of box. No Software CD either!

Didn’t work and the design of the unit exposed the inside which means dirt and dust can easily go in. When I returned it, the manager was acted like an idiot and made discrimination remarks towards me.

This machine is absolute junk. Save your money and go with Cyber Power or Corsair. Once you try to upgrade this machine you will realize just how crappy it really is. Go with Cyber Power that is completely American!!!

Could not access ports on graphics card. Graphics card was set too high and cords only went in half way.

Terrible computer! WiFi card didn’t work! Had to return it for a better newer version! This one has been discontinued by the manufacturer!

Honestly is amazing PC to start with. I can stream and run all games on decent settings with little issue.

Purchased in 2019 haven’t had any issues at all this far. Great starting computer. I’m just now looking into upgrading different parts and I really don’t need to. Performance is good, but I’m ready for more power and top performance.

Let me start of by saying i been a console player my whole life, I was in search of a pc that would not break my pocket but yet meet my expectations on quality and power since i like to play games such as Valorant, Apex Legends and fps were my main concern so after several hours of research i picked out IBUYPOWER- Gaming desk top- intel i7- 10700f- 16gb Memory- NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 super 6gb- 480gb SSD 1TB HDD. let me tell you this computer met my expectations to the fullest i been running this computer every day for about 11 hours straight for about two months with no issues, I am also able to stream on twitch and use OBS to record my game play.

So glad I bought this computer! It was shipped to me, and unfortunately, the first one was DOA out of the box. iBUYPOWER actually provides really good troubleshooting for this, but nothing worked. Luckily, Best Buy took the return no problem, and happily shipped me a new one that got there well before it was estimated to arrive. New one works beautifully - quiet, fans/lights all work, the speed and graphics are great. My old computer was playing games at 60 fps, this one can easily get up to 115 (though my monitor can't, haha). Highly recommended!

Awesome upgrade from a Dell XPS (2015) Everything is really fast from start up to browsing. I really like the included mouse and keyboard. I have been using wireless for years but the key action and mouse buttons feel quality. The tower on the computer is a little larger than my dell but it looks great. I can hear the fans, but that's probably because the dell didn't have multiple fans on it. I will update after using it for a few months, but so far so fast!

My son has only had this PC for 3 years and the hard drive is dying. It also frequently doesn't start up - will launch to a blue screen or give some error message. Fortunately powercycling has always eventually gotten it to start. It runs games fine, quickly, but sometimes he has to lower gaming settings for smoother gameplay or to prevent freezing or crashing, which shouldn't be the case on such an expensive pc. We can't understand how the hard drive could be dying so soon. I don't feel comfortable with this brand. My Dells have each lasted 10+ years. May be older and slower but still functions! No blue screens or errors.

I needed a new computer that could handle all of my professional editing software, and this one did NOT disappoint! Everything runs smoothly and so fast, and set up was quick and simple too! I will absolutely buy from iBUYPOWER again in the future, and highly recommend! You can't beat the quality at this price point!

I just purchased the ibuypower Element pc. Super sharp appearance and very cool adjustable RGB lights on tower. Super smooth and sharp for all games tried thus far. My brother is a huge gamer and only uses ibuypower products; I am glad that I listened to him. Very happy with this product :)

I was talked into buying a gaming PC by my friends. I was doing research for weeks debating on which model I wanted to get. Finally when I went to the store, an employee searched online and he showed me this one. After looking over the specs I decided to order it. The order process was fast and I received the product early. I've owned the PC for a few weeks and am very please thus far with the overall design of the case and performance. It is super quick and plays every game I've tried so far with no issues yet.

It has been a long time since I bought an actual desktop computer. I am VERY pleased with the performance. I had an issue with the software upon first setting up. I contacted iBUYPOWER and they had it solved in less the 5 min. And did I mention it is BEAUTIFUL!

I purchased a desktop computer from Best Buy and love it for gaming and schoolwork. It runs good frames and is fast plus the rgb lights look nice and so far nothing has gone wrong and it works great. It was pretty easy to set up and works well on any game.
