This PC is an excellent choice for the perfect gaming system. The only problem is, it appears I have to spend over $1000 just to get the perfect bang for my buck. Before this PC, I purchased a $900 model from iBuyPower that was VERY poorly made. Screws were loose from the motherboard, the PC had a chip on the side, and even the intel sticker on the front was crooked. When I went to Best Buy the staff said that they’d send it back to the iBuyPower. But wait, the company isn’t even going to contact me. On a more positive note, we decided to “exchange” it for this PC. Did this one work? The answer is yes, indeed. Gaming on this computer is crisp and clear, runs excellent with popular games like Fortnite and Call of Duty. Now, my advice for gaming PCs is your not going to find anything at a good price for entry level features (high-quality) under $1000. If looking to purchase a pre-built PC I totally recommend this one, but prepare for poor customer service from the company and Best Buy. Lastly, considering how this went not on a holdiday season, I recommend not purchasing a gaming PC during the holidays.

I’ve never been into PC gaming and wanted to get into it. I’ve had cheap laptops over the years and I finally felt it was time to step it up. After a ton of research I found this pc. The specs for the price were better than anything else I could find. I even got it on sale which made it even easier to make this purchase. I highly recommend this pc.

Performance is great, use it to mainly play COD and has no problem keeping up. Upon delivery the glass case was broken and the lights on one of the fans isn’t working. Contacted Ibuypower and have not received response yet.

Love this pc it has been working great for me I love it. For the time I've had it, I had zero problems with it not. Absolutely no lag at all, IBuyPower is truly the best brand to go for a pc. I bought a higher memory of 128gb with a 3.6mhz and wow it's incredible

The mouse doesn’t work, after one day of having it the mouse has a history with other consumers of not working. The manufacturer did not assist in sending me a new one I’m waiting it’s been a month

My son purchased this gaming computer and was originally looking at one that was closer to 2000 dollars and this one actually had better features and memory! GREAT BUY! EXTREMELY HAPPY!!!

Purchased this as my very first gaming PC. After a month or so of use, I haven’t been upset with it in the slightest bit. The only limitation I have encountered is my own internet connection.

I bought this as a recommendation from a store rep. I was looking for a computer to run typical work stuff, video editing and photography editing. The rep sold me on the fact that for the price point i get better specs. I paid for it and was told I'd have to wait for a couple of weeks for it to come in. Okay, fine. I read up on some reviews in the meantime and several spoke about it not starting properly. Well, guess what? It arrives, the box is slightly beat up. I set everything up and it turns on, and the monitor recognizes it, but nothing happens, no matter how I connect it. Lights shine everywhere and it's pretty, but it doesn't do anything. I emailed costumer service on Friday from my phone to IBUYpower and I received nothing from them in response. This lack of response is going to make me take it back tomorrow. I'm bitter. I'm sticking with a brand that I've had positive experiences with in a DELL this time. Annoying and time consuming.

My son has been saving for a gaming computer and this is the one he chose. He loves it! He is able to play the games he wants and has had no trouble.

This is the second one I have gotten because the first one tried to update and wouldn't connect back up but I exchanged it and when it was working it seemed great and worked well its a nice system

This machine runs Fortnite very well which is the main reason I purchased it. You really just need to know the specs for the games you want to play and be sure that this is sufficient.

Love the device itself but the case got some small issues like the screws and how well the fit to the case as I was taking them out the screws moved around like it wasn't threaded properly
