I purchased this desktop primarily for video and movie editing, and it has been performing very well. The system is fast and stable, with quick boot times and smooth performance when working with large video files and complex timelines. Rendering and exporting are noticeably faster compared to my previous setup. The combination of the Intel Core Ultra 7 processor, RTX 5070 GPU, and 32GB of RAM handles editing software without lag, even when multitasking. The 2TB SSD provides plenty of space for media files and projects, which is a big advantage for editing work. The build quality is solid, cooling is effective during long editing sessions, and overall the system feels reliable and powerful. I’m very satisfied with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for a strong desktop for video production and creative work.

Just got this gaming pc the other day, so of course it works well. What I will say is that it is stupid fast and takes all the graphics load I can throw at it. To start with, the case is gorgeous. I am partial to black and LOVE the color change ability on all the lighted parts. Found the power button to be a nice touch. I am still using my old mouse and keyboard and saving the new ones it came with for later, so I can't really say much about them, other than I think it's cool that the whole mouse lights up. If I hadn't just bought a new mouse not just a few months ago, I would be using it now. As far as software, I specifically looked for something in the NVIDIA 5000 series and wanted nothing less than Intel i7. So far, I love the Ultra 7 this thing has. My games run smooth, there's no screen tearing (also aided by my VSync monitor, so that's nice), and I love the 2TB SSD. Basically this PC is a beast and I love it. I wanted something that had some slight longevity because if you're going to get a new computer, might as well go big or don't bother. Especially if you're into gaming regularly. That said, I'm sure people will have their opinions on what they would rather have, but for someone like me, this PC is almost perfect (if I could have afforded perfect, I would have gotten it). It fulfills my gaming needs and it has Windows 11 (my previous had 10 and support for that is ending in October, hence the need to just get a new computer), so I am all set for awhile. Anyway, hope this helps. I'll be enjoying my brand new gaming pc!

Beast of a PC. Upgraded from a CyberPower prebuilt i bought last year with a terrible graphics card. (stay away from the Radeon 6500 XT. It’s a laptop card at best, could barely run Valorant.) Whatever this new processor is from Intel, the F and KF series. It’s great. doing multiple tasks including gaming i’m never using more than 40%. GPU is great, runs flagship triple A titles on max settings 200+ FPS. Even tough ones like Black Myth Wukong. I could probably stream from this too on top of everything. That’s how good the CPU is. Internal lighting is cool, fans are quiet. No screen tears, crashes or random issues so far. Was not incentivized to write this review I am just very satisfied with my purchase. 10/10

It’s a good PC for any beginner. Worth the price. I play Fortnite and stuff on it. It runs games at high graphics well. I don’t notice any lag or anything. Runs 200fps without complications. I had to return the first one. But the cell service guy, David, was very helpful and said it was optimal to either return the problem part, the graphics card, or the whole PC to Best Buy, which was what I did. The second one worked. And it was really easy to set up. I got new graphics cards. Make sure that the mhz of them and the type (DDR5), are the same. It comes with 5200mhz’s, and I got 7600’s. The only downside is that it takes some minor troubleshooting skills. But always rely on customer service and research. Be wise, since your problem is not always the problem it is. But don’t be afraid to seek it. That’s how you turn from a beginner to learned to be able to help others. Tip: don’t let the guy sell other parts to you without knowing what it is, what it does, and if it is compatible with your specs.

“This is the third desktop of the same brand I’ve purchased from Best Buy in just two days. The first one had a broken NVIDIA display card, but the staff handled the return and refund immediately without any hassle. The second one, from another location, had a case issue — but the team was very understanding and even allowed me to open the box to check it before purchasing. Finally, we opened a third box right in the store and found one in perfect condition. The first two had shipping issues, but I truly appreciate how helpful and accommodating the Best Buy staff were throughout the process.

This PC is a beast. I’m getting amazing frame rates on any graphic game, and the RTX 5070 handles ray tracing without breaking a sweat. Microsoft Flight Simulator runs very smooth, even with high graphics settings, detailed scenery, and long sessions. The system boots almost instantly, and having 32GB of DDR5 RAM means I never worry about performance dips. The case design is clean and modern, and the RGB lighting adds a nice touch without being over the top. If you want a powerful, ready-to-go gaming rig, this is a fantastic choice.

Great gaming pc I can do everything a streamer can do it has perfect graphics for gaming use. The processor is great the cpu and you together make the computer run smoothly together. I like the ram usage as well so I can stream live with no lags while playing a game love. The keyboard and mouse with LED was my favorite as it gives options for you to change the lighting patterns! I think this is a great choice for anybody who loves the gaming industry.

PC is well integrated; games run astoundingly fast. out of the box this is well engineered and hope it lasts me at least 5 years.

I was very skeptical about buying a pre built. But i took my time and looked i to prices of building with the same components. It was 300 bucks more at the time.( i got this on sale) i have no complaaints with it. Played BF6 Beta at max settings with no issues at 1440p. If you can find the sale price i think its very worth it.

Runs amazing and looks great you’ll need to buy a support bracket for the gpu just cause it’s so big but it’s only 10$ on amazon and you just prop the gpu up with it super easy and requires no tools or prior knowledge of pc building. Overall great pc runs everything I’ve thrown at it like Microsoft flight simulator 20&24 red dead redemption 2, Outbrk, half sword. I run all on high graphics settings and runs smooth.
