Perfect condition, I loved that color combination and it is not very difficult to install, anyone can do it.

Computer stopped booting up 4 months after purchase. Took it back to Best Buy, paid $200 for a service agreement and they threw parts at it and said that WE have to buy and mother board and they will put it in. I would NOT recommend Best Buy or IBuyPower to ANYONE. This was a $1600 gift to my grandson last Christmas and I am no where close by to help resolve any of this. I am so mad at Best Buy, Geek Squad and IBuyPower. Lousy crappy computer. This is NOT over.

The price is quite good, but the hard drive gets very hot. I don't know why, but the average temperature is around 70 degrees Celsius.

I bought this gaming desktop as a Christmas gift for my middle school son, and he absolutely loves it. The Intel Core Ultra 7 and RTX 5070 deliver smooth performance for gaming and schoolwork. With 32GB DDR5 RAM and a 2TB SSD, everything runs fast with no lag. The RGB lighting looks awesome and really impressed him. The system stays cool and quiet even during long gaming sessions. It was easy to set up and worked perfectly right out of the box. Great quality, great performance, and a very happy kid — highly recommended!

I’ve been putting this IBUYPOWER rig through its paces for about a few months now. The Intel Core Ultra 7 and the 32GB of DDR5 RAM make this thing fly for productivity and multitasking, and the build quality looks premium with the clean RGB and 2TB of storage. ​However, there are two things that kept this from being a perfect 5-star experience for me: ​4K Performance Limits: While the RTX 5070 is an absolute beast at 1440p, it starts to sweat at native 4K. In more demanding titles, I’m seeing the GPU usage stay pinned above 95%, and it can "crawl" a bit in intensive scenes. It’s definitely playable, but you’ll likely need to rely on DLSS or adjust some settings if you’re chasing high frame rates at that resolution. ​The "Box" Noise: I’ve noticed a faint, consistent rattling sound coming from the power supply unit (electric box). It’s not a dealbreaker and you won't hear it if you're wearing headphones, but in a quiet room, it’s noticeable enough to be a little annoying for a brand-new high-end machine. ​Overall, it’s a powerhouse for the price, especially if you’re a 1440p gamer or don't mind a little noise. If you're strictly looking for native 4K ultra performance, you might feel the 5070 hitting its ceiling here.

For a prebuilt PC it had good specs, but the quality was garbage. My unit had a bunch of damage pins on the main board and apart broken off of the graphics card.

5 days of use and for no reason shuts down, then I'm still waiting my return should arrive yesterday 1/26/26

This is my first gaming pc, I’ve been a console gamer my whole life and finally caved and decided to make the switch. This one popped up on a deal of the day sale and holy smokes this thing is awesome! I can now play all the PlayStation exclusive titles I couldn’t before because I’ve been an Xbox player since the first Xbox, and I can now run warzone at 250fps without the gpu breaking a sweat. I can’t possibly recommend this pc any more, if it’s on sale get it immediately! WILL NOT REGRET.

I like it. This is my second iBuyPower computer. This one doesn't quite fit into my computer desk, but the previous one did. Additionally, I wish the new computer had the option to illuminati the keyboard in all white lights. Aside from these two things I like it very much.

I must say Best Buy was great to work with as the first IBUYPOWER PC I bought had an obvious defect with how the graphics unit was installed which would not allow me to plug in the HDMI for the monitor. Returned it to the store and they replaced it immediately also letting me open the replacement PC to make sure it was okay before I left the store. I really like this new IBUYPOWER PC. Does everything I need, plays all my games without coming close to maxing out the system and now able to play newer games which require more FPS and memory speed. I'm running the new PC out of the box with no changes and the fans are quite and RGB lighting is very nice. Setup took less that 45min. I believe this PC is great for casual gamer and will do anything else you need. Despite the problems with the first PC I still highly recommend both Best Buy and IBUYPOWER.

Beast of a PC. Upgraded from a CyberPower prebuilt i bought last year with a terrible graphics card. (stay away from the Radeon 6500 XT. It’s a laptop card at best, could barely run Valorant.) Whatever this new processor is from Intel, the F and KF series. It’s great. doing multiple tasks including gaming i’m never using more than 40%. GPU is great, runs flagship triple A titles on max settings 200+ FPS. Even tough ones like Black Myth Wukong. I could probably stream from this too on top of everything. That’s how good the CPU is. Internal lighting is cool, fans are quiet. No screen tears, crashes or random issues so far. Was not incentivized to write this review I am just very satisfied with my purchase. 10/10

Rendering and exporting are noticeably faster compared to my previous setup. The build quality is solid, cooling is effective during long editing sessions, and overall the system feels reliable and powerful. I’m very satisfied with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for a strong desktop for video production and creative work.

This PC has great performance and stays at good temps! Recently sold my old setup with a 3080 and this PC has felt smooth and modern. At 1440p this PC is very happy and hasn’t had any problems lagging or abnormal issues. The case and RBG makes it very stylish and will last years before having to upgrade components, especially in this market. I got this during a sale for $1,620 and was worth every penny. Sure you could upgrade parts for faster ones but for the casual gamer like me it’s perfect.

Bought it back with income tax have absolutely loved every moment of having it. Runs everything flawlessly not loud by any means and keeps good temps

Great gaming pc I can do everything a streamer can do it has perfect graphics for gaming use. The processor is great the cpu and you together make the computer run smoothly together. I like the ram usage as well so I can stream live with no lags while playing a game love. The keyboard and mouse with LED was my favorite as it gives options for you to change the lighting patterns! I think this is a great choice for anybody who loves the gaming industry.

Very smooth running Pc. Screen has good resolution. I use it for graphic design. Its faster than my other computers and has more space

Just got this gaming pc the other day, so of course it works well. What I will say is that it is stupid fast and takes all the graphics load I can throw at it. To start with, the case is gorgeous. I am partial to black and LOVE the color change ability on all the lighted parts. Found the power button to be a nice touch. I am still using my old mouse and keyboard and saving the new ones it came with for later, so I can't really say much about them, other than I think it's cool that the whole mouse lights up. If I hadn't just bought a new mouse not just a few months ago, I would be using it now. As far as software, I specifically looked for something in the NVIDIA 5000 series and wanted nothing less than Intel i7. So far, I love the Ultra 7 this thing has. My games run smooth, there's no screen tearing (also aided by my VSync monitor, so that's nice), and I love the 2TB SSD. Basically this PC is a beast and I love it. I wanted something that had some slight longevity because if you're going to get a new computer, might as well go big or don't bother. Especially if you're into gaming regularly. That said, I'm sure people will have their opinions on what they would rather have, but for someone like me, this PC is almost perfect (if I could have afforded perfect, I would have gotten it). It fulfills my gaming needs and it has Windows 11 (my previous had 10 and support for that is ending in October, hence the need to just get a new computer), so I am all set for awhile. Anyway, hope this helps. I'll be enjoying my brand new gaming pc!

I love how fast everything is and how it plays every game flawlessly that I've thrown at it. It's also so quiet that I can barely hear it. My only complaint is that the front ports for usb and audio are on the bottom rather than on top.

Love this PC, it runs everything I play at high graphics (R6, BG3, Valorant, Rivals, Deadlock etc…) Its really quiet and looks great. I would recommend this PC to anyone looking for a great mid-high range PC
