I was able to return it and get another one shipped. That one now has the same exact issue. The power supply is trash.

In January 2021 I went to turn it on and there is no response. I’ve tried repeatedly to get a Return Authorization to get it fixed and the waits are multiple hours. Once I even got through just to have the line disconnect. I took it to a local repair tech and he said that either the motherboard is shot, or the video card, or possibly both. Right now it’s sitting in my office gathering dust because I just went a bought a different pc from another manufacturer using Intel, Nvidia components. Been fine thus far.

I've only loaded stream onto the computer for games and now it won't start. Black screen when I turn it on. Waste of money. Took it to geek squad today and the tech said this is a common issue with iBuyPower machines.

Excellent Upgrade for the Money

I upgraded from a gaming laptop that was a few years old and I can already tell the difference. It is remarkably quiet and the game I’m playing runs smoothly with everything turned on. I love the lights – which have lots of fun settings but are also easy to turn off when I invariably get tired of them. It was quick and easy to set up and while the footprint of the CPU is bigger than a laptop, of course, it’s not as bad as some of the other reviews I’ve seen have been saying.
