  • Returned After Parts Were Basically DOA

    Started off great, worked really well for about 12 hours and then completely stopped working. Tried hard resetting, reinstalling windows, anything I could think of, and nothing worked. Thankfully I was still in my return window and got a full refund. Got a build from a different company with the same main components (9800x3D, 5070ti, 32gbs DDR5, etc) for cheaper and has worked flawlessly. Disappointed in iBuyPower as my first ever prebuilt was from them and worked great for 8+ years, and expected something similar this time around.

  • 3 Months Then Nothing...

    I typically don't write reviews but this made me extremely upset. This PC was an absolute dream and more than worth the money up to this point and I would definitely have recommend it, but at this point I cannot. I've owned this PC for approximately 3 months and just out of nowhere it shut off and would never turn back on despite troubleshooting the outlets and power supply. I personally have built around 5 PCs and bought this as a means to take a load off my shoulder, but this may be the last time I buy a pre built. I'll change this review based on how customer support handles this from iBuyPower (thank God for warranties), as I'm just at my wits end. TLDR; electronics suck and always have a chance of being faulty.

  • Blue screen Issue with this computer!

    I received it on July 20, and just two days later, I started experiencing memory issues. At first, I didn’t think it was a big problem, so I didn’t report it to Best Buy (though I do have log files showing when the blue screens occurred). After about a month, the computer began crashing with blue screens every single day. I went back to Best Buy for help, but they told me to contact iBUYPOWER directly. Weeks later, I finally received replacement RAM—but now the system is experiencing black screen problems instead. Because of all these issues, I now have to delay my ongoing project again. (14 days return and replacement policy isnot help at all!!)

    I bought a new computer because my old one kept crashing, and this brand new $2500 computer blue screened on day 1. It continued to crash and blue screen even after I tried everything, before it just stopped booting into windows all together. It even bluescreened in safe mode, meaning its a hardware issue.

    Id like to start this review by saying that the black graphics card is fine. The reason for this is because it says in the ibuypower website they put whatever 5070 ti they have in stock at the moment in there at the time of ordering.Now I got this as a graduation gift from my parents and the performance for this thing is really good.I love this pc and its great for competitive shooters and single player games. This computer is really good. I love this thing
