The pretty colorful fans were working but both monitors went to sleep because there was no feed, a video card failure (yes they have to plug into the video card instead of the motherboard). Powered the PC off, waited about 8-10 minutes and switched it back on, and this time..... even more nothing. Fans would run without lights, HD didn’t boot up, and still no monitors. This is a cheap piece of crap computer with pretty lights, that is all. Buy a PowerSpec PC from Micro Center instead. Way better quality parts, less money, tons of inventory, knowledgeable staff. BTW-the only reason it shows I owned it this long was because it was a Christmas gift. It was returned the day after Christmas and I was standing in line next to someone else with the same computer and problems I had.

Gaming wise it's hot garbage. After a month of use, the SSD completely crapped out losing everything on it. After replacing the SSD it ran fine for a while as a browsing and very minimal "gaming pc". The power supply unit would sometimes smell like burning rubber/plastic at idle and under load (which took out the motherboard when it popped) The overall build quality is ok. Parts quality is definetly on the low end.

Not even 2 weeks later all parts of computer is failing. Computer keeps crashing and now OS can’t even be installed as processor is crap. Spent $200 on Best Buy tech support just for them to tell me I need to contact the manufacturer. Worst buy ever.

The screen just has green lines all over it. Called Best Buy and they can’t do anything. Customer service is closed until Monday so now we have to sit and look at this box all weekend with nothing to play. Such a disappointment for my son.

Tried 2 of them before returning for a refund. Was a gift for my son and never worked right. Do the right thing and pay a little more for a mainstream brand.

It was my sons Christmas present. He was pretty bummed. This system had zero packing material inside to Prevent this from happening. We returned it the day after Christmas
