Was a little disappointed to not find the RGB controller in box after finding paperwork inside the box that stated it was supposed to be included. Called customer service and they told me they no longer include the controller and the paperwork inside the box has not been changed yet.

We are sorry you did not receive an RGB controller. However, you can still change the lights on the system easily with ASROCK RGB Sync which you can download from the ASROCK website!
Video driver issues from the start.

The game crashed the PC every single time it loaded. After digging, I realized it's suffering from a GeForce Error Code: 0x0003 and the graphics card is causing the crashes. Initial troubleshooting didn't work. I tried iBuyPower's support chat and received no response. Emailed them and received no response. I'll be taking this back tonight. If I didn't have this baffling graphics driver issue right out of the box, this probably would be a great PC.
