Good product my son love a lot .. . ........ .....

One week in and The WiFi adapter already broke. Was going smoothly before this except for some long load times which would be helped by switching to a SSD. Only other annoyance was they put a warning sticker on the nice clean glass that doesn’t peel off well at all. If they deal with this well I would definitely recommend the computer.

Decent System for the sale cost of $550. Just wish it came with a SSD

I think core I 7 percent is better for gaming but this one is not bad

This product is very nice for gaming and school work purposes.

Lots of negatives - no DVD player, no means to mount additional hard drives, no documentation on the motherboard. Exterior lights grow rapidly old. Mouse has poor performance characteristics.

I was super disappointed that I had to manually reinstall all of the programs because we lost our power in the middle of our set up. This took hours to set up. Make sure you don't loose power in the middle of set up.

It started with a problem of BestBuy stating it would be arriving next day. Then a notice it could be 30 days. It came in two but I had to make a call to verify it was shipped otherwise I would have cancelled the order. Setting up the computer has been taxing at the least. Video "No Signal" after computer goes to sleep. Can't get motherboard driver updates from manufacturer. Process has been tedious and tiresome for more than 4 days. However, when I can see it and it is running it has performed better than expected. Hoping to have a stable video output soon.

Okay for basic gaming Does not include a power cable I would think they’d include one. Big fat sticky sticker on the glass really hard to remove, ugly.

We went to the store and see the display for this desktop and see the parts inside that it's what we wanted. We bought it and opened the box and see the parts weren't the same. Parts were cheaper parts. The sales agent should've given us a heads up that it's not going to be the same thing compared to their display. So disappointed.

Will update this review after I speak with geek squad today. Bought this for my son for Christmas. He has had it 3 days and it worked great until it randomly disconnected from the internet. Now the computer won’t connect to WI-FI. Tried everything but nothing works. Hope geek squad can make me a happy customer once again today.

Save your money or maybe wait for another better chance.

CPU looks great/runs good. Keyboard/mouse horrible.

Was amazed at the speed for the first week, then quickly and noticeably, it started becoming sluggish. One of the fans inside started becoming noisy. Eventually blue screens started, now it won't get past the bios menu. I've owned it 6 months.

I purchased this in november 2018 and it was covered under warranty and my graphics card was faulty and i called them and it has been 24 hours and i was still waiting for a call back So i went on the website to chat with them and they said that i will get a part swap and i had to send it back to them for a new one and they wouldnt cover shipping even tho it was under warranty. Very bad service. Very bad quality.

Purchased computer for my son for Christmas. Already has issues with the hard drive.
