The downside is my computer did not come with a webcam as I requested of the sales associate. I also do not have a disc drive as well. I was not happy to find out I am unable to listen to my school videos as this is why I made the purchase for completing my assignments ts and videos for school. Not much information has been given when I gave specifics. The colors and style are nice, but I am missing so many features that I needed and now I have to continue to pay monthly for something that gives me the basics. I have tried to contact Best Buy in asking for assistance in updating my accessories to fit in my payment plan, but I have had no luck, going on months now. I was sold a large monitor with no camera, I had no idea they even existed... I told the sales associate I needed a desktop with a large screen good graphics, and I did videos for class and zoom, so I guess that meant something different? Then no one will fix her error like I am the one who walked in and sold myself this package. She also had no knowledge of financing, products, or services. I asked all of the right questions, but when she placed the order, it was not what I agreed on.
