Amazing would recommend can play every game at at least 120fps

Bought this for my son. So far he really likes it. He said it is a bit slow at times, but overall for the price it is great.

I don't normally buy prefabricated computers, but I needed something with a functioning GPU delivered quickly in order to work from home. Out of the box, this system seemed great, and for the first week, I was pleased for the quality and convenience. I started hearing then a gentle rattle from the CPU cooler fan. It grew worse through my workday, the fan blades grinding against the casing, and by evening, it sounded like I was working in a pachinko parlor. Opening up the case, the CPU cooler seemed altogether too small and cheaply manufactured anyway, so I went ahead and bought a popular Coolermaster brand CPU cooler for about $40 and installed it - achieving lower temps at half the rpm and eliminating the noise. I noticed then also that the case fans were plugged directly into the power supply rather than the motherboard, so you don't really have direct control of those fan speeds. Plugging into the motherboard would be easy enough, but I'll need to rethink the cable management in the case first before I do it, and it's not really a problem since those fans are really quiet even at full speed. A few days later, the GPU fan started rattling too, even louder than the CPU fan before. I requested from Customer Service if they could provide a replacement for just the GPU card, explaining that I'd happily pay the difference if the same model wasn't available. They told me I would have to work that out with the local store manager. I tried contacting the store for two days, just nobody would answer the phone at all. Working again with online support, my only options were to return the computer as purchased or bring the whole system in for repair, but they warned me that repairs were taking multiple weeks due to high backlog with the epidemic response, and likewise returning it would require weeks for a replacement. I can't really sacrifice that time without a working system, so I ended up voiding the warranty, cracking apart the GPU, and installing a rubber grommet to nest under the fan blades to keep it settled in one position. This helped reduce the noise somewhat, but it was still clearly rattling against some part of the case. As a last resort, I ripped the fan component off the GPU completely, and as replacement, I salvaged a fan from a CPU cooler on a 15 year-old media server, spliced its wires with the 3 pin connector from the original fan, and bolted it onto the fins on the GPU. It's operating cool and quiet finally - and I can regain my sanity. Overall, the case is really nice. The case fans are excellent, even if they weren't plugged in the way I would do it. The removable back panel and size make it an easy computer to work on. Given the component failures I experienced, I'd say if you're not confident with your ability to service the computer yourself and don't mind long repair times, then definitely get the Geek Squad protection. If you're confident enough in your ability, then you're probably better off kitting out your own build so that you can easily return/exchange any individual failed components. As an afterthought, I'd probably recommend also purchasing additional memory depending on your uses for the system. With how the CPU is seated next to the memory slots on the motherboard though, if you install a larger CPU cooler, you may only have convenient access to two of the four memory slots. Good luck. I expect most customers will have better experiences. Just be prepared to service it if you're an outlier like me.
