Works well with almost every game on the market without any upgrades

this is definitely a computer that i bought a year ago and still is working

Download 1 game and my cpu is half full. Needs 16gb or 2tb for more games. Fornite Download.

I bought this literally 4 days ago, and had it shipped to my home. The expected arrival was set for two weeks from now, but it arrived today. Great shipping time, product quality and all. The RGB lights work phenomenally and the tempered glass looks amazing. Would buy a PC from them again.

I'm sure it is a great PC but right as the first 30 days came up, it would restart on its own, 4 times in less than 30 seconds at one point so I had to return it and ordered a different PC.. otherwise it worked great for what I needed and was a great first PC for gaming

This PC is great it can run all sorts of games including Fortnite, Call of duty, Apex Legends & etc i would recommend purchasing a better Mouse and Keyboard i wasn't a fan of the stock versions besides that amazing product

Not bad for the price. Wish it had a type C. Noisy fan. I am thinking the noise is from the power supply when it is demanding more power. May change out in the future. Had a hard time when turning on for the first time. It wouldn’t load windows. Customer service is a joke. Waited for over 4 hours and still nobody picked up. Luckily I was able to get it to start by reseting whole computer.

this pc is pretty good if your starting out, but remember it only brings 8GB of ram.

Too early to tell, but so far so good. Son was super excited when he opened it.

Great gaming PC! Bought it with little knowledge of PCs. Through talking with their amazing technical support and watching the videos on their page, I have been able to fall in love with this thing. Excellent communication and service. 10/10 would recommend for gamers

My son needed a new entry level gaming computer. This one met his gaming needs. Runs everything from Minecraft to Star Citizen. Gets great frame rates and hasn't had any issues playing games. (or doing his homeschool work) :-) Thanks BestBuy and IBuyPower!

Only been a few days, and only one whole day of me using it to game. But so far I am thoroughly impressed. The pc has been able to play all my usual games like Smite and Apex without any frame drops. In addition the its specs are great for it's price point.

Great computer and hardware. Upgraded HDD to a m.2 card, made it a lot faster. Didn't like the keyboard it came with tho. it had a floppy, snaggy spacebar and plastic feet that would make it slide all over my desk, but a upgrade for that wasn't hard to obtain.

Purchased for my 18 year old. He uses it to make music and loves it

My grandson is enjoying this gift. Good. I have nothing more to say.

I bought this as a gift, so although I don’t have access to it I know for a fact it is a wonderful machine for anyone trying to get into pc gaming. The only reason I gave it four stars, is because the keyboard and mouse wasn’t that great, and we ended up having to replace them in a matter of months, other than that it’s been running rock solid since.

It’s a pretty good computer. We use it for school, work, and gaming.

I was so excited when this came two days late, UPS problem not Best Buy. When I opened the box I saw a loose screw floating around. Opened the case to take out packing like the instructions say, there was no packing and I noticed there were parts inside disconnected (instructions tell you to check for things that have come unplugged during shipping) this was the video card it was completely disconnected, no big deal I thought I could just reconnect it but the bracket was bent. I ended up returning it and choosing a different PC because this one was out of stock. Best Buy did offer me a discount on the PC and for Geek Squad to fix it at my cost but they don't fix this kind of thing, they send it out.

Delivered faster than expected. One fan led quit working in first week.
