Great camera for beginners! and perfect for gaming

this is my first gaming pc and its good so far....

After contacting tech support with a couple small issues, had the computer up & running, and was happy with the way it performed. Had to contact tech support a second time less than a week later, this time there was an internal failure and I was told to return the system to Best Buy. I understand these things happen, and would possibly give their computer another chance down the road. Unfortunately this was a 10 year old young man's birthday present, which was very disappointing for him.

I purchased this pc to replace one that I had which died .Upon arrival the first issue was an error message stating the pc had been shut down incorrectly .It had not been it took 3 hrs on hold with ibuypowers tech support at which time my call was never answered and when I called back I was told we are closed call back. secondly none of the egg lights were working. They forgot to include any wires to connect it to the mobo .Also the front 2 USB ports were not even connected to the motherboard at all. Very shoddy build avoid this pc at all costs I ended up returning mine for a custom build

I bought this for my son. It ran fairly well for about 6 months. After that, he started having all kinds of complaints and issues with it. He managed to nurse it along until the 1 year warranty ran out. I just spent a lot of money buying parts online so he could rebuild it. The only thing still usable was the case and the graphics card. Do yourself a favor and don't buy this.

Missing the pause key. Wasn't even in the box. Would like to know how I can get a key. It's too expensive to have parts missing.

When we received this PC the NVIDIA driver would not install which caused the screen to be a pixelated. Upset that we have to try to troubleshoot this problem for a new PC.

I had high hopes but it quickly diminished as the pc was connected and I immediately noticed the device was defective -one fan light would not turn on and an windows installation error message populated to forbid device from working-. Sadden by this as my 15 year old bday gift was a bust. I have since exchanged the item desperately seeking an operative pc, so I can be thrilled like people writing the other reviews

I bought this on sale, It didn't mention anything about a refurb, it was $150 off. While unboxing there wasn't any packing material inside the computer which the directions said there was, and one of the fans wasn't working because of a plug that was slightly damaged. I took it apart fixed the plug and the fan works, if I knew this was used I would not have bought it and now I am thinking about returning it.

I bought this 2 weeks after I bought it the hard drive is no good read another Box I took a back to this by they said they couldn't do nothing for me I had to call the the 800# and get it warranted I never buy from destiny buy again

I was expecting to have everything I would need upon opening the box. This was not the case. Lacking an hdmi cable among other things that I had to search for.

Bought this for my 11 year old as a birthday gift. Came broken, defective, not working. Best Buy handled it, but I had to drive 50 minutes to get a replacement.

Not happy with ibuypower's customer support. Windows 10 stopped working and been going around in circles with iBUYPOWER trying to resolve this issue

i would upgrade the power supply asap , it dies out after a month or two , and add 16 gigs of ram . it’s a smoove computer but would upgrade

Runs into a lot of downloading speeds and overall needs a lot of upgrades. It gets the job done more or less, but not worth the price

Used it for 8 hours and then completely died. I spent those 8 hours downloading all my programs which went great and the computer was running awesome. I loaded up call of duty and played for 10 mins before the pc completely turned off and hasn’t turned on since. Ibuypower technical support was worthless. Never spending a money on their products again.
