I had to open up the case and plug in the fans you think with the amount of money we spend they can have better quality control.

I ordered online from best buy. when I took the tower out of the box I looked inside and noticed it didn't have the protective cushion inside and there was something rattling inside. I re moved the tempered glass to make sure everything was kosher. the rattling was a screw I don't know from where. the hdd case was detached from one side. also the free mouse doesn't work. other than that the computer works excellent.

Everything is good except the power supply because my screen is blank and black.

I am so disappointed to have tis gaming PC. It has broken in one year. I went to repair store and they told me the hard drive is gone, it is broken in one year, I only played game at the weekends and never overused. It is now a trash

Got this for my son For his birthday. Worked great for a few days then the WiFi just stopped working. Got it to work with the router sitting directly next to it but notice one of the antennas on the back was broken. Guessing it needs a new network card. Hopefully it fixes it.

PC has been completely unable to initiate post (can't get past the initial power up). I've gone through all of the YouTube videos on the ibuypower trouble shooting site and I've had no luck addressing this. I'm pretty much ready to return this and can't in good conscience recommend anyone purchase an ibuypower product.

Pc works fine but didn’t come with the hard drive it stated it did.

It’s good but you may wanna upgrade a few specs to make it run smoothly a little.

Ok computer but definitely not priced low enough. Pre built PCs are too expensive.

Motherboard crashed after one year of light use. Out of warranty from both Best Buy and IBuypower. Needed to replace the motherboard for additional cost. Terrible service from Best Buy and IBuypower.

I purchased this PC, at first (all 20 minutes) it was great, then it would crash after about 20 minutes playing games that are 6 years old on their suggested settings. The fan would start roaring and the video card would fail. Updated drivers... same thing. Tried calling ibuypowers customer service, none of the lines would even connect. Bestbuy was kind enough to send a replacement, the replacement wouldn't even start. The kicker in both instances... the machines had arrived with unsealed accessories and the protective foam insert used to prevent hardware from becoming dislodged or damaged, was missing. So on top of the product not working, it seems as if refurbished units were sent to me when I purchased brand new. I would not buy this product again.

The hard drive went 30 days after purchase. Thank god I paid the extra money for the warranty. Which cost me 169 dollars. I would not recommend this product. Now I wait 4-6 weeks to see if they can fix it.

Literally had to go to the Best Buy and get Windows reinstalled. Plus 2 of the fans didn’t light up. Specs are good but would expect more quality control paid and waited a week for it just not to work.

Ordered this item and a couple screws inside were not on right. parts were loose inside the computer shell. the light on one of the fans didn't turn on

After 45 days, had to return is. Would only re-boot to the bios. Geek Squad wasn't able to fix. Luckily we bought the extended warranty. Replaced it with the newer version.

The desktop did not maintain power once it was turned on. The power button kept clicking on and off and did not connect to monitor.
