I bought 2 of these they stopped working after <3 months horrible customer service.. you have to pay to ship the computer back to them never had such poor customer service for a computer system would never recommend these!!!

After install it i notice the keyboard don’t work so I when to bestbuy to change just the keyboard they want me to bring the whole pc and wait like a month so they can give me a new one

I bought this for my son's 13th birthday. The computer had an error message about windows that it wasn't set up properly. I returned it back to Best Buy two days later due to this defect. While speaking to the guy about the PC, he mentioned they get iBuyPower PC returned quite often. I asked for another recommendation and he say he uses an HP Oman. Great job on the upsell to a $900 computer and your good advice.

This item sucks, the speed is so slow even when I’m playing some games that doesn’t require a good graphic card.

Not the greatest setup. Buyer beware, the RGB Fusion 2.0 will crap out on you within a month. Remember where you read it. Little remorseful that I even purchased this

The pc would turn on and off I was confused I checked the cables and everything and all the cables were in so I took it back.

Don’t buy iBuyPower ever. Came with corrupt Windows 10 and wouldn’t boot. Had to exchange for a completely brand new one.

Light was broken in 2 separate orders. Waste of time waiting for damaged items

Computer crashed just after order came in was used a week then couldn’t get past a password that it wanted before main screen had to buy a usb flash drive and reinstall windows called Best Buy multiple time with no answering of the phone in any department

I had this PC for 6 days before it shut itself off and never turned back on. The craftsmanship was also an issue, the glue holding the top vent dilapidated, the power plug never really fits properly and the power button seems ready to break at any moment. Luckily, I got it at Best Buy so there was so issue returning this $800 brick, and purchasing a far superior unit.

only 2 of the front leds were working. Found 3rd led fan not even connected. After reconnecting it, no issues there. Then at startup received a The computer restarted unexpectedly restart the installation, installation cannot proceed. Had to go into the registry and fix this. Absolute garbage setup. Was supposed to be turn on ready from the box.

I spent over $700 on this PC and when I received it it was a mess. Once I set it up and made sure everything was plugged in I turned it on and I was unable to use my mouse and Keyboard. Right after I turned it on an error screen popped up and I was not able to do anything. I returned it and got my money back.

I've fallen in love with this computer after a couple of days. It's lightning fast and very pleasing to the eye. Especially for < $1k, it's a steal. Some things to note: There's two antennas that screw into the back that help pick up WIFI. A little awkward, as they stick straight out, but they're NECESSARY if you're using this wirelessly. Otherwise, the connection would be super weak. Also, one of my fans wasn't working properly out of the box. The cable came a little loose in transit. It was stupid easy to open up the side, and plug it back in. Fan works perfect now. (If you ever want to upgrade parts in the future, this PC is great to start with. Simple to open + plenty of room in the tower.) Besides that, I've had no other problems. It's everything I wanted and needed out of a computer! (Just consider tipping your delivery driver because it's a little on the heavy side.)

The PC runs great but the top RGB LED light doesnt come on whatsoever

I ordered this once, my led light didn’t work so I returned it. I had to wait another 7 days for one to come in, finally got it and still the rings didn’t light up I’m tired of getting something I paid good money and it not working. This whole thing I went through, I won’t buy a pc again.

Had it up and running and worked great for 3 weeks however, the network adapter has stopped working and PC cannot connect with Wifi. We have spent multiple hours over the past 4 days trying to get any technical support. Issue is still not resolved. Currently would not recommend this product.

It looks great . I bought it july 15th 2020 and i wish if its still working. It has one year warranty but through i buy power not best buy. So i been going back and forth to fix it. No luck . Today best buy rep gave me ibuy power to contact. It needs a power supply to start with.

almost 4 years later and this computer is still running great. perfect for everyday use. was worth the price

I bought this pc for gaming and they told me that this was the best one suit for gaming and the first week i had it all the wires burnt I still haven’t gotten my refund and I technically got scammed they did not want to fix my pc.

The worst tech support ever, my desktop crashed and doesn’t power up anymore, the box says I have full warranty but there is no way to connect to their tech support as you’re put on hold for hours after getting disconnected.
