Bought this set. Had issue with keyboard.. not available at store had to make few calls to get replace then had same keyboard issue with the replacement as well. Gave never going to buy again from Bestbuy or this brand..

Bought and returned same week. Computer wouldn’t boot up at all, cheap parts all throughout with things already broken right out of the box. Went to an actual computer store to purchase my long term investment.

This PC is easy to use and powerful. Even comes with a LED mouse and keyboard. It is a great budget PC. Setting up was also simple and everything looks great.

I purchased this item for about $900 with tax and it came with a broken keyboard and a broken tower I returned it and again came with a broken keyboard I suggest you think twice

My PC will not power on and always having a problem starting up and taken it to Geek Squad several times.

I had purchased this for my son for his birthday and after 3 months it Stopped working. Not I have a 800 desktop that's just collecting dust.

When I received the item the parts were all over the place Nd den after I put em back together, I tried to turn it on Nd it didn’t even turn on.

I’m not happy with, the keyboard ⌨️ is not working properly. It can damage. My daughter I asked me to get her a new one. I’m disappointed.

Terrible product, I got it and an hour later I went to Best Buy because it wasn’t working and found out the hardware was defective.

Garbage! Dumb thing stopped working after 5 months of minimal use. Their warranty sucks and tech support line always busy

Does not work upon startup! PC ran into fault upon powering up! Returned and purchased an HP gaming one instead

I was excited to receive my desktop today. Unfortunately, I had to send it back because the drive was bad.

I have only had this computer for 1 year and the front glass shattered out of nowhere

I’ve had this computer for only a few months and already the hdmi slot doesn’t work.

I’ve don’t much research on this PC and from what I’ve seen, this is a good PC. The graphics card (1650S) is very good for running games from web players all the way to Possibly ARK survival on high settings. The CPU is a 9K i5 which can pretty much handle anything for a beginner or even a novice. Running games like the Arma series and total war. Which are pretty intensive CPU games. On the other hand , I’ve noticed that under specifications it doesn’t say what motherboard, power supply, or CPU cooler is in. Judging by the specs though I would think the power supply is a bronze + 500W PSU. If anybody could let me know about the motherboard I would greatly appreciate that for I could describe more of what is capable on the PC. The CPU cooler looks like a regular heat sink fan. The only thing I stress is how many cooling tubes it has because it would hope for a 9K processor it would have at least 4 tubes. So if it does your all good and you should have nothing to worry about. Lastly, the RAM, doesn’t seem like the RAM is too specified here, but I would say if you like to multitask on your PC or if your running Minecraft with custom settings (shaders , optifine etc.) you do need to put on another 8 stick of ram that matches the MHz of the other stick that was baught with the PC. In conclusion, this PC is a fairly good starter PC and if your willing to put down $750 for this you should be good for a couple years with this PC.

Bad performance after 4 months of use. PC restart all the time randomly

Had 2 return w/in 2 wks cause wouldnt turn on. Couldnt b fixed.

This item has never been delivered. LOST/UNDELIVERED. Never buy on line.
