Who ever they have at the iBUYPOWER company that checks these computers as "working" needs fired. It was also missing the mouse out of the box. At least the freaking keyboard worked. Was able to check that with my laptop. The computer would just start for 15 seconds. Light up then shut off. Checked ram, all power cords and connectors, GPU, CPU, and PSU. Does not work at all. Best buy tells me to bad too sad. Call ibuy....

Uses slower, cheaper parts than advertised

After me having gone back and forth many many times with iBUYPOWER product experts and asking questions on this listing (you can scroll through the Q and A area and see them) about RAM speed and maximum capabilities of the motherboard, they confirmed what this listing incorrectly advertises - that the RAM included was supposed to be 2666mhz. Also the iBUYPOWER expert wrote that the fastest you can install on this motherboard no matter which exact brand model they install was 3200mhz RAM. Turns out the system delivered had 2133mhz RAM, and the max motherboard speed is 2666mhz. System arrived 5/14/20, and they only finally acknowledged this on 6/3/20 with my persistent specific questions and my confirming via free software that report speeds of different parts of the computer. Graduate already has it configured with the games he wants installed and with his schoolwork, so I can't exactly tell them to return it without starting all over again.

The RAM in the system will automatically downclock to 2133mhz, you are supposed to go into the system BIOS to adjust the RAM speed to the advertised speed of 2666mhz.

I purchased a pc directly from their site. Within a year three major parts malfunctioned. Two gpus 2080 ti's, a motherboard and a psu. I now have to buy the third gpu which cost 1400 dollars! Please do not purchase. Google ibuypower reviews you would not believe the horror stories!

The frame rate is great, but the case lights do not work, and this is the second PC with defective case lights. Fortunately my nephew understands that the frame rate is more important than eye candy. It makes you wonder what else will go bad soon?

Then i went to turn it on and it would but for like 15 seconds then it would turn off and on repeatedly i will be sending this back to best buy.
