    I purchased my ipower machine on 3/6/20. when I got home I took it out of the box and installed the additional 32 gig of RAM I purchased the same day at the same store. (West Lebanon NH). I powered the machine up and it booted just fine, however the lower fan light in front would not light. I tried to activate Windows and couldn't, I kept getting an error code. I called the store and talked to a geek squad tech and was told to bring it in and they would look at it and try and determine what was wrong with it. I brought it in on 3/7/20, and was told it had to be sent to a repair facility and was given a repair order. A few days later i received an email that I didn't understand so I called the store and talked to another tech and found out they had sent my pc to the wrong repair facility and that was going to delay the repairs on my pc. A few days after that I tried to check the status of the repairs and found out that because it went to the wrong facility they had to create a new work order but of course I would not be notified of that. I made a phone call to geek squad and they gave me the new work order number, when I tracked it the latest update was 3/30/20 but the agent I was talking to his latest update was 4/6/20. Today I've got the dreadful task of calling the West Lebanon Nh store and trying to find out where my computer is. I understand that the problems with the PC are probably not Bestbuy's fault but its been well over a month and this is getting ridiculous. I know corporate is going to read this so what I would like either a new computer from the store with the additional RAM that I purchased that same day or just keep the thing and take it off my account so i can purchase one directly from the manufacturer.

    First system for our 13 yr old son and he is super excited to use it. We were missing the set up Manuel and the disk but the product itself is impressive. My husband was able to get it going so we are happy with it so far cant wait for him to start using it!

    This was my first buy for a gaming pc and I did a fair amount of research into what I needed of a pc. Having gone to school for computer repair I know what I expect for craftsmanship of a pc and this isn’t it, couldn’t tell you if it was a one-off but one of my antenna ports is extremely loose to the point of coiling the wire inside when screwing in the antenna, almost all of the USB ports along the back are misaligned and are unusable, two of the fan lights do not work (fans work tho) and upon booting the computer you are presented with an error message and an unending cycle of restarting, also not fail to mention the missing light remote. Basically this computer is screwed up horribly.

    Very neat looking product. Hard to fully rate. As the PC type gaming was a bit overwhelming for my son so we took it back. It was a lot more work than anticipated. Games would not let him play with his friends, his controller would not connect.

    Once again need more knowledgeable sales people. This required me going back to the store 2 more times to get what I needed as I was told I didn't need anything else to connect. I will go to Staples next time I want to buy a new computer.

    You guys doing reviews need to keep your pc off the carpet. if you can, use a piece of cardboard. But overall 7/10. Great pc, couple bad parts that need upgrading, mainly the CPU and motherboard

    When I purchased this computer I had WiFi trouble. I resolved that problem with a net gear wireless USB Adapter. 2 weeks later when I turned on the computer. It was “glitchy”, here comes corona virus I was glued to tv for updates. I didn’t turn on computer for a while. When I do decide to turn it on it turns on to a blue screen which it switches to a black screen & now Best Buy won’t take it back!!! Worst is the price of over $1,100. Geek squad included. But can’t service it because of corona viruse.

    I have owned this computer since Black Friday 2019. In the couple of days that I spent using this computer, it has worked great being able to run my games in high settings. However, after a couple of days, the computer won't boot so now I'm stuck with a useless computer. After spending hours on hold waiting for their tech support, they diagnosed that the computer has a defective motherboard. I will return to Best Buy and exchange my computer for another model and hopefully, there won't be any other issues.

    I mean it’s a prebuilt so obviously you would be spending less if you built the computer yourself, even with the same parts. good pc overall though especially if you get it on sale

    I was somewhat disappointed with the purchase. When the PC first booted up it was stuck in a continuous reboot loop. There was an error message "Windows installation cannot proceed. To install windows, click “OK” to restart the computer , and then restart installation." Luckily I was able to find a workaround by updating the registry (regedit) by updating a reg key. Apparently other users have had this same issue. Once the PC did boot the fan lights on the front of the PC were not working. Not happy at this point with the immediate onset of issues with a brand new PC.

    The top LED light stopped working with in a day of set up, so it will have to go back. It would also have been nice to know when we bought it, that we would need an HDMi cord to connect the monitor.

    I would have kept this, but it just couldn't keep up with the level of graphics I was told it could do. not a bad machine over all, but it locked up on a game that was put out in 2016.

    To say I am disappointed is an understatement. My 12-year-old saved up for a long time to buy this $1000 machine. He waited all day on the couch waiting for UPS to show up. He was obsessed. When the box of this machine showed up, he was ecstatic, ran upstairs to open it and get it all set up. Its brand new, so you just open the box, follow the quick start instructions and you are off to the races and playing your favorite games with your friends. Unfortunately,…. not even close. Errors. Graphic card is not compatible with windows. Hours on hold for customer support with biopower. Finally got through at 9:30 PM last night, and we got 30 seconds of advice and the call was over. That advice was going to on the website, look for a video on how to remove the video card, take it out and plug it back in. Really? A brand-new computer and we already have to bust out the screw drivers? Needless to say, 2 hours after looking for a video that did not exist, finding a similar machine instruction video on YouTube, reinstalling drivers, and rebooting, trying more settings, – the graphic card is not working with the machine. That was the whole reason for this purchase, to buy a fast, gaming computer. It wasted my Friday and I resent ibuypower for shipping out such a piece of garbage. It goes back to best buy today for a full refund and we will not be trying that brand again.
