You might spend two hours messing with the connection and still not have one. This is a BIG problem since 98% of games are online downloads. GARBAGE

Poor customer support.

Couldn't get it to connect to internet. Been on help for hours with tec support. The best they could do was offer to send a new windows disc as the one with the computer wouldn't install, which they said would take at least a week...... One of the worst customer support experiences I have had with any product. If they could have overnighted me a new startup disc I could have tried a little longer, but after hours and no resolution, stay away. They act like they just don't care about the customer.
