Good computer, bad peripherials, TERRIBLE CS!

We purchased this with a Best Buy Geeksquad protection so figured we could just take the mouse and keyboard back and get it either fixed or replaced... NOPE! Called the iBUYPOWER Customer Service number, NOTHING! It seems Geeksquad protection means JACK these days so I don't expect to get this thing fixed or replaced if the computer goes bad either... and, apparently, iBUYPOWER customer service stinks even WORSE!
