Having said that, being an old dude, this is an amazing machine, it looks great and runs "dad stuff" as well as it does games. Highly recommended!

Only had 1 problem with it and it was cause I was messing around with it and got a free fix. Now I have upgraded storage and better ram now. Storage is 3 tb now.

I have tried to call and asked for a call back to which no one ever calls back. Instructions show that i need to remove the panel to remove some protective packing but this unit didn't have protective packing. I would almost bet this is a used unit they have sent me with the issues it has.

The malfunctioning light is probably due to a loose cable you can call our tech support at 888-618-6040 if you are unable to fix it yourself. You can contact our customer service department to get a new keyboard shipped to you.

Pricing is a bit more expensive than if you were to build it yourself but you're paying for convenience.
