Great looks. Pretty silent. Mouse is excellent! Just unpacked, didn't install any software yet, what I can say, it loads very quick. Think will be very satisfied.

Seems to be a good choice for us instead of waiting weeks for a build your own PC. Computer started up well and set up was a breeze. The only concern was that some of the metal pieces between USB ports were bent and seemed a little cheap but everything still works!

I was thinking about making the switch from console to PC for awhile now, and I'm glad with the specs and build of this pc im having a blast playing games.

I was a bit surprised that gaming headphones need a Y adaptor so that both the sound and mic work. Also had some glitches with getting it to register WIN 10. Took a few days to register. I Never buy the Geek Squad coverage but glad I did on this PC.

Came in great condition once I picked it up from my BestBuy store, has built in software to edit the fan light colors, overall very happy with my purchase :)

Needed a system to power multiple monitors. This allows you to plug up to four monitors directly into the graphic card. Three port display and one HDMI.

Let’s face it covid left us all at home bored. This was one of the only Gaming pc’s left in stock that wouldn’t break the bank too much. I love it!

great computer, very quiet, hasn't crashed at all. Doesn't come with speakers though so make sure to get some (you can also just get headphones)

Purchased brand new as a gift for our son's graduation. After installing we noticed the 3 lights on the front of PC don't turn on and the WIFI antenna ports were loose. I spent 3 hours trying to contact Geek Squad and they would transfer me to the store and the store would transfer to Geek Squad. After finally speaking with someone at the store, I was informed that not all models are made the same and that it depends on the person who assembles the PC that determines what options it has. For example, the PC we have doesn't have a remote or a button on the side that changes the colors. In order to change colors we have to install an app. We installed the app but we still couldn't change colors. I contacted IBUYPOWER directly regarding the issue. This system is controlled by the software and it's possible there is a loose connection. He stated that if I felt comfortable tracing some cables and sent me a link to youtube for the antenna ports. He also said I needed to remove the left side panel, hold the one end and then try and tighten the port. It's a BRAND NEW computer! I shouldn't have to fix it, it should have come properly assembled. What if it's not the wires or cables? Then what's next? It's very frustrating! I'm not confident that this PC is not going to have something else wrong with it. If you spend $1000 on something it should work as described. And if models of the computers are assembled differently than the box or website should say that because in the store the same model has the remote and another had the side button. It's very deceiving. So now I have to wait until July 9th for my Geek Squad appointment and at this point I don't know if it's just easier to return this and purchase something else. I'm not tech savvy so I don't know what will happen with the stuff my son already downloaded on this PC and how to get it transferred to a new one.

The product was delivered on time. The issue is it only has one HDMI port in the back. Also, the "leg/stand" on the keyboard broke right away.

Everything works as intended, except the hdmi port on the motherboard. I'm unable to use both hdmi ports on the motherboard io shield and GPU, so I had to go out and buy vga cable (or something like it I forget) so I can use both of my monitors.

set up was really easy. it's not getting that last star because as I was starting up my computer, it was really loud and it's not as fast as I want it to be. Also, I was really hoping to opening up my PC with a protective covering when it came.

I was looking for a desktop/PC to work on audio and video editing. This is great for anyone looking for something that is reliable to work on.

Came in faster than expected, specs are amazing for the price, and the lights are really cool. Have had zero issues with this. Would recommend.

I just received my shipment today and so far everything looks pretty decent. Everything loads super fast plus it’s VR ready and those RGB lights!

It booted up pretty fast, looks great. Only thing is the internet connection is not the best. Maybe I did something wrong. But overall 10/10

Bought for my son and he loves it. He did upgrade keyboard and mouse rather quickly but that may just be him. I thought it was unnecessary.

Good computer, had an issue with the sound right away and the manufacturer was great in assisting with the issue. It was a bad mother board and they sent one out for a replacement. I had to replace it myself but was able to do so.

I really love this computer it runs games like war thunder that require lots of space with ease. This is a good computer for a good price.
