wish it included tbe monitor for tbe price I paid but otherwise a good gaming computer

Great computer! Keyboard came with a crack in it but customer service made it right!

great gaming pc! Very versatile also being used for e learning with no issues.

Can’t change the led lights inside ,and one of the fan led lights don’t work.

Had it for just over 2 months and it’s already starting to slow down and tank FPS in games. Very disappointing after only 2 months of light usage it’s already showing these problems. Tried reaching out to support but got nothing in return. It was great for 2 months but definitely a gamble on how long it lasts.

Graphics card could be better but is nice for the price, overall great system

We did have a brief pixelating problem but was resolved with a few updates.

I was really extremely happy with this computer... for the first day. The second day of use received a display driver error. Rebooted, everything was fine. Checked for driver updates & found nothing. Throughout the course of the day, the video went black at least 3 more times (HDMI), after a reboot it corrected itself. Hooked up a different monitor with a different adapter (display) after the 3rd failure. 3rd day the display went black twice, after the second time I can no longer get video, not even through the integrated HDMI port (with the video card removed). 2 different monitors, 2 different connectors, no go. Will be returning.

The process is very good quality. Like no noise when its running. Also nice coloring, but those IBUYPOWER mouse and keyboard are very bad. Its like 1$ item and added IBUYPOWER sticker on it. Keyboard space button is broken when i received. I am planning to return the items, because I found more cheaper one.

I purchased this computer for my wife and she was very excited to have a nice system to do her remote work from home on. I opened the box, lifted the computer out and was immediately disappointed by the fact that there was no internal packaging inside the computer as described on the instructions and who ever at the factor assembled it had conveniently forgot to screw the mounting bracket of the video card to the case. Needless to say the video card successfully acted like a wrecking ball inside the case swinging around during shipment damaging the inside of the case, the motherboard, the video card and what ever else it could swing at from the power supply cables. My wife was upset that we had spent the money to get this thing only for it to arrive damaged because of obvious negligence. I tried to call the tech support/customer service line for IBuyPower hoping they were as solid on their customer service as CyberPower is. After spending about 45 minutes on hold, I try the online chat support while holding on the phone for an actual person. I explained to the person online what happened and was promptly told I could send it to them for a repair authorization that would take 4-5 weeks. I could understand this if I had this PC for a bit and something went out on it, sure. I would have simply asked them to just send me the appropriate part and I would do the swap and return the defective one as I know what I am doing inside a computer, but this thing had no chances of being anything more than DOA. So this bad boy made a surprise appearance at the local best buy to get returned where I was able to order an Asus ROG STX that had a better video card. Needless to say, iBuyPower is dead to me and their customer service is non existent. Also 1 Star cause I cannot leave 0 stars like this piece of junk deserves.

I know the specs are saying 8 usb the one i recieved only has 6 2 usb 3 and 4 usb 2. Are they counting the headphone plug ins as a usb?? Also It didnt have any of the packing material and was already all plugged in almost like they reboxed it.

The keyboard came broken, but was planning to buy a different one anyways.

Love it so far. Only thing that I have changed is the keyboard and mouse.

The computer is great but the keyboard is awfull. space key is broken.

I'll need to add a larger SSD at some point. The stock one is too small.

I had one issue and it wasn't resolved the lighting on the back fan didn't go off so it wasn't at 100% I tried to get assistance but I was on hold for over 2 hours and couldn't wait longer it is upsetting but overall the tower is great

easy to setup and nice rgb lighting and good quality mouse and keyboard.

Good PC for those who dont want to build one and play games

recommended for starters. Let it take breaks to cool.
