I bought this PC mainly to play Fortnite. It was easy to set up and CPU ran quiet and fans didn’t make any noice. Only complaint I have about this PC is it came with a broken keyboard. When I opened the box and set it up, I noticed that space bar on the keyboard was tilted to one side and kind of broken and not sturdy. When you type and use space bar, it was not registering keystrokes every time. It was hit and miss. I called their customer service department to see if they can overnight ship me a new keyboard since brand new computer came with a broken keyboard. They told me it would at least take a week and would not make any exception. Plus I have to give them a credit card to keep on file. I was disappointed with iBuyPower service.

This is my first pre-built I ever bought. I was to lazy to build a second computer so I bought this one. The computer did it's job for the most part until it didn't. I was able to run games like modern warfare at 1440p and the keyboard is an okay one. After about 4 months the hard drive died on me and after a year the motherboard and ram died. I will never buy a pre-built again.

Great gaming PC. When It arrived the mouse was broken. Went to Best Buy and they were no help at all.So for me to use it that day I had to buy a new mouse other than that great product

No frills. Just what is absolutely needed. Some room for expansion, but not much. Arrived quickly, but with a bad graphics card. Trying to either get replaced or swap out whole computer, but getting the run around a bit.

It’s just one problem after another with this thing since I got it in August ‘20, and iBuyPower’s tech support and customer service can’t be bothered to help. In my case, the graphics card never works properly and the whole thing just freezes and restarts. Also, the display doesn’t go straight to the monitor upon startup until I unplug it, plug it back in, power off/power on, in a random order for a few mins until it finally works. Also, my oculus keeps saying the USB port is malfunctions and it never works until I unplug/replug it. Again, iBuyPower can hardly ever be reached to begin with, and when you do talk to them, they don’t want to do anything. I know this isn’t the case with all of them and I got hit with bad luck on this one, but still I spend $1,000 on a computer the company doesn’t even offer any solutions. Extremely frustrated.

Due to the fact that the Geek Squad removed all my programs form my computer I virtually was forced to buy a new computer. I had to wait over a week to get the computer then schedule a date with the Geek Squad again to reload my data into the new one. then deal with all my suppliers for new programs and their costs. I lost all my contact information, calendar appointments, accounting. Expensive programs like Auto Cad have been lost. along with quick books, sketchup, Microsoft office suite. This experience has been a royal pain.

I open it up this morning no protection on it graphic card was hanging out when I wanted to hook it up nothing happened it’s like my pc was thrown all over the place was a tragedy had my hopes up to play it what a waste of money

When it was built some wires were pinched and blocking a couple of USB ports and 2 serial porrs. Sent it back.

The computer came with a detached GPU / GRAPHIC CARD / VIDEO CARD. It was basically bouncing inside the PC during the shipment, causing scratches and possible damages to the motherboard and the whole pc in general. especially the quarantine made it even harder for me to return the pc at a best buy store. I waited one week for this defective device. The worse part is Best Buy chat support keep on disconnecting, not once I was able to finish talking to an agent. This is very disturbing.

Great starter pc only thing Is BUY A NEW CPU COOLER because the one in here is trash. Also the tempered glass is garbage as well

Its an average PC, it gets you by. Wouldn't buy a pre-built PC again. Next time I will build my own PC and use better quality parts.

Specs looked good. Unboxing and inspection showed the CPU and MSI graphics card were reputable brands. The Adata SSD boot drive is a bottom tier off-brand with a reputation for failure. The RAM is also off-brand and undetectible by Crucial's upgrade advisor. It's a good bet that I'll be replacing the SSD and RAM within a few months. There are better options for the money than iBuyPower.

Had to return the 1st one due to problem with the video. So just now getting ready to install the exchange.

I bought this for my son and within few days of purchasing..... it started crashing every few minutes. I returned this item. I will not recommend this product since their ibiypower customer service is bad....I was on hold for 2.5 hours and still no one answered. I hung up and decided to return the computer since I don't want to deal with this type of company. Thank u best buy though they r always great with their service.

Unboxed and it would not load windows. Had to go online and find troubleshooting tips and found out how to change the registry to fix it. Got to boot but the video is showing vertical and horizontal distortion. Tried connecting computer on two different tv/monitors to verify distortion is coming from the computer. Got through the windows set up looking thru the video distortion. The audio cable which was fitting fine on my previous computer doesn’t seem to fit properly on this one so it makes all kinds of little squeaky noises. Maybe it’s just me but I just expect a brand new computer to work out of the box. Received the computer on time so there is the one star rating.

Mouse not working from firstday onwards, i dint get replacement from the manufacturer since September

I ordered this computer through Best Buy and it arrived 2 days ago. It was the first gaming desktop I've purchased and I was excited to turn it on for the first time and start the set-up process. When I opened the box and powered the machine on for the first time, I noticed issues connecting to the Wi-Fi network. For a desktop that comes equipped with a gaming card, I could not figure out the cause. Other machines and mobile devices were able to connect with a strong signal from the same location, but I was only able to establish an unreliable connection for a few minutes on this machine. It was quite disappointing to purchase a brand new computer and have such a big problem right off the bat. My experience may be an isolated incident but I was additionally frustrated that IBP's support team is not operational on the weekend (at least Saturday!) to assist with troubleshooting. After calling the Geek Squad I was advised to return the machine. I would be very cautious to shop this brand.

I purchased the system from bestbuy.com and it arrived directly from iBuyPower. The system would not boot out of the box so I called iBUYPOWER tech support and after waiting on hold for an hour I was told to re-seat the memory modules. This solved the first problem. The next day the system would hang up and would only be cleared by cycling power. Again, I called tech support, and again I waited another hour on hold. The technician had me download a few test utility programs and run various diagnostic tests. He determined the graphics card was the problem so he transferred me to customer service to have a replacement card sent out; which I had to pay for in advance. I waited for the new card to arrive, plugged it in, ran diagnostics, and it failed again. I then boxed up the system and returned it to Best Buy for a refund which I bought a HP Omen gaming system which has been running flawlessly for a few weeks. Don't buy iBUYPOWER.
